We have been working with SHC for almost 2 years. We are able to speak with the [sensitive content hidden] when needed, and we have had the same amazing staff working with us for the duration. I highly recommend this software to any tennis/fitness facility.

Pros:
SHC is willing to customize features for our facility for the many programs and options we provide. Their customer service is 5 star, which is hard to find with software providers. They are extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions. If their software doesn't provide a feature, they are willing to work with us and add it to their next release.
Cons:
They are a newer software, so we have had to build out features with them. This could also be considered a strength, as they are able to make custom changes.

Reasons for switching to SHC

Club Automation was unwilling to customize features for our facility. It was a struggle to register non members for our programs. Their app did not allow coaches to book appointments.

Ease of use of the software and the excellent customer service from the onboarding team.
Cons:
I do not have any negative commnets about our expereince to date. I only wish JCC Rockland made the switch sooner.

Only product on the market that could meet our needs in terms of flexibility, ease of use, customer service and support, and bandwidth.

Reasons for switching to SHC

Automation feature was. not ready in time, editing the classes was too cumbersome, the app was not customizable,the app did not have the bandwidth to accomodate our members, classes were set to expire so we constantly had to check and add-bacl classes.
