A must for any sports business or club

Like anything it takes time to learn but this took me way less time than similar programs I’ve used before. Then it was exactly what I wanted and more. Easy to make booking and manage my clients. My clients also loved it. It saved me time and made me more revenues.

Building our members booking app with Joga

Our club engaged Joga to provide an app where our members can book facilities and classes. I joined the project team 10 months ago; so far my experience working with Joga has been excellent. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and team are very dedicated and passionate about their product. They show initiative every step of the way in considering multiple scenarios and potential problems relating to each workflow, and can be relied upon to advise us the best way forward. They have also been open to suggestions for improvements, again attesting to their long-term commitment in building a great product. I am grateful to have had the chance to work with Joga. Am excited for our upcoming milestones, and for Joga’s continued growth!

Pros:

As a whole, the system was designed well, which greatly contributes to the intuitiveness of its use. There are many features that have been customised to meet our business requirements, as mentioned previously. The member app is easy to use, and performs well.

Cons:

There are some processes that need minor improvements, and some specific customisations aren’t not yet available. Nothing major, though.

Reasons for switching to Jogaapp

Our old Facility Management System is an old system with only a backend console to record most bookings. One outlet could be booked online on our website, but no mobile app.
