Wobee supports basic coworking needs well

Support staff were helpful and responsive when I had questions. Wobee also generated helpful status reports. It worked well for us while we had a partnership with WorkBar, but I was not sad to have to look for a produce that met our needs better.

Pros:

Wobee made billing easy and acommodated our variety of membership options.

Cons:

It was not well integrated for my needs. When I onboarded a member to Wobee, I would have to create and maintain a second database to be able to email everyone all at once.

Reasons for choosing Wobee

We were part of the WorkBar network, and Wobee was their platform of choice at the time. It allowed for space sharing between the member coworking spaces.

Intégration avec nos process très facile, avec des fonctionnalités utiles au quotidien. Interface simple d'utilisation et très intuitive. Permet l'unification de notre process d'onboarding.

Cons:

Très peu de points faibles au global. J'ai dû prendre le temps de m'adapter au logiciel comme tout autre logiciel, prendre le reflex d'y aller etc. C'est donc une chose à mettre en place dès l'arrivée d'un collaborateur chez Meedz.

La richesse des fonctionnalités La customisation de l’outil La simplicité de prise en main Et surtout La team Formi, leur écoute, leur réactivité et leurs conseils. On n’achète pas seulement un outil mais tout un savoir-faire !

Cons:

Manque une ou deux fonctionnalités qui pourraient être intéressantes (organigramme, profil collaborateur) mais je crois qu’elles sont dans le backlog ;)

Parfois, il y a quelques petits bugs. Mais, le service client est super réactif est corrige cela directement!
