Pros:

Recently, we needed to recruit a new employee, and I used VisualTime again for processing. Many applications were sent my way. VisualTime helped me keep track of them all and write my evaluation. In addition to workflow monitoring, this tool has many other features that are pretty useful.

Cons:

The implementation process may be lengthy and inefficient. When attempting to update data, it might be a hassle to have the software freeze up and prompt users to log out and sign in again.

Pros:

Lo que más me ha gustado del software es la aplicación VTPortal, con la que cada empleado además de fichar puede solicitar vacaciones, días libres, fichajes olvidados, etc... y llevar un control del saldo de horas trabajado. Creo que es una aplicación fácil e intuitiva para que puedan usarla todo tipo de trabajadores y el poder fichar por geolocalización, hace que podamos olvidarnos del fichaje por huella en estos tiempos de pandemia.

Cons:

Hace más de 10 años que lo implantamos y en aquel entonces nos costó un poco integrar todos los datos, aunque con todas las modificaciones que le han realizado al cabo de estos años, creo que ahora es mucho más sencillo.

Pros:

Comparado con otros programas tiene funciones que me parecen estupendas. Te avisa cuando alguien tiene fichajes impares y a los usuarios les envía un email. Los empleados son los que solicitan el arreglo de los fichajes, vacaciones, etc. El administrador o responsable solo tiene que autorizarlo.

Cons:

De momento lo único que he encontrado en contra es que no se puede poner horario partido. Es decir, si una persona trabaja de 09:00 a 14:00 y de 17:00 a 21:00, no se puede poner en el calendario, pero lo he solucionado poniendo las horas diarias que trabajan.

Una vez puesto en marcha, y parametrizadas todas las opciones, convenios, ausencias, vacaciones..etc.. el uso diario es sencillo y muy fácil a la hora de controlar los saldos a favor o en contra de cada empleado

Cons:

la puesta en marcha me costo bastante, pues no teníamos ningún tipo de software de este estilo, pero con la ayuda de soporte lo consegui ¡

Llevo dos años usando el programa y estoy realmente decepcionada: dificultades de configuración, facturas realmente caras, y lo peor, el servicio si tienes alguna duda o incidencia.

El aspecto, la atención si compras una bolsa de horas para que te atiendan, de lo contrario, el servicio de respuesta ante dudas es mínimo.

Cons:

La atención al cliente: si tienes un problema, tardan en responder, y normalmente la respuesta no es muy favorable.

nada, visualtime no esta preparado para lo que dice

Cons:

pagas un curso que no te vale de nada, porque lo tienes que hacer tu solo.. con otras APP te lo ahorras.. cada problema que teníamos tardaban días en solucionarlo y al final nos dimos de baja porque pedimos una Reunión urgente y aun la estamos esperando. Como cliente me siento maltratada, algún empleado casi me plega porque crea tanta impotencia que no te deje hacer nada a la hora de salir a tu descanso que se enfadan porque estaban 15 min con la APP

Muy intuitivo y fácil de utilizar. Puedes tener un control horario al días, solicitando la documentación necesaria para cubrir ausencias, puedes subir mensualmente las nóminas fácilmente y otra documentación o notificación de la empresa.
