      Easy to use booking system with very responsive team!

      We use Sailia at Rye Watersports, a medium-sized sailing, windsurfing and aquapark centre. We’ve been using it for over a year and moved over from Eola. Overall it’s been a really solid platform for us. It handles bookings, calendars, emails and staff organisation well, and the support makes a big difference. It feels built with real businesses in mind and continues to improve over time.

      Pros:
      The main thing for us is how easy Sailia is to use day to day. The booking flow just works and makes sense, from customers booking online through to calendars, emails and managing 1-to-1 tuition. Staff rotas are also easy to organise, which is really important for us. The support is excellent. The team are very easy to get hold of and respond quickly, and when you suggest improvements they actually get acted on. The system keeps getting better rather than feeling static.
      Cons:
      Very minor really. Occasionally you need to resize images to fit the system, but it’s not a big issue.

      The sales staff were far too pushy for our liking.

      Very rigid and any issue we had we couldn't get the developers to help with.

      Simple, Reliable, and Supportive – Sailia Makes Running Courses Easy

      My overall experience with Sailia has been excellent. It’s streamlined our booking, payment, and appointment management processes, making running courses and events much easier. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and saves a lot of administrative time, while the reporting tools give clear insights into participation and revenue. On top of that, the Sailia team are easy to interact with and always reachable when we have questions or ideas, which makes working with the platform even better.

      What I liked most about Sailia is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. From booking courses to communicating with attendees, everything flows smoothly.       Honestly, I haven’t encountered any significant issues with Sailia so far. It has been reliable and meets all our needs effectively

      Nothing much really. It’s a smooth booking system and like how it integrates with our business. All good!

      Easiest booking system to use

      10/10, can't fault the booking system. Great customer support as mentioned before and very receptive to new ideas which get implement quickly.

      Having recently moved away from our previous booking system to Sailia the support and assistants that they offer is second to none. The system is vey intuitive and easy to use allowing us to have all of our takings, bookings and staffing in one place rather than across multiple platforms.
      Cons:
      A very minimal suggestion for more customization with colours on the main booking landing pages to match our main websites colours more.

      Reasons for switching to Sailia

      The bookinglive system was very complex, with multi-step processes just to creat discount codes. Any editing required HTML input which lead us to deactivating the site more than once. For support you had to raise a ticket which would take up to a week or more to get some advice.

      The team at Sailia are super adaptable, listen to feedback and have phenomenal response time. The booking system is simple to set up, manage and for the client to use which improves their experience and makes it easier to get on with the activities we love doing! There is a massive amount of nuance you can do with the system to properly make it your own and work how you need it to work, and the guys will help you in making that a reality.
      Cons:
      [sensitive content hidden] won't send me a T-shirt. There are a few functionality items which it could benefit from but they have a large development list and any concerns raised they will respond to and take note of.

      Reasons for choosing Sailia

      My other considered options aren't available so Microsoft Bookings is a scapegoat. We considered FairHarbour and Cinolla. The team at Sailia provide a personalized touch that just helped get us off the ground much faster than the alternatives. They are passionate about their project and are constantly improving, tweaking and updating their offering to make it the best it can be. And if they don't have what you need, tell them and they can likely make it happen!

      The UI is incredible, super easy and intuitive. The boys behind Sailia; [sensitive content hidden] are incredibly responsive to issues often replying within minuets and fixing issues within hours. This makes us at Oxford Sail Training Trust feel like a valued customer and one that the boys at Sailia want to stick around and continue to use their amazing booking system.
      Cons:
      I'm having to be quite hyper critical here. If i were to say one thing it would be that because Sailia is still quite new there are features and ideas that are not currently in place, that I would like to see.

      Still a new platform, so there is room to development and growth, as would be expected at this stage.

      I like how intuitive the software is to use. This makes staff training a lot easier.
      Cons:
      Occasional teething bugs, like with any developing software. However these are always rectified in a timely manner.

      Not intuitive, user friendly or fast. Customer support was slow. You had to get a technician to create templates etc

      when receiving a printout of a booking/wavier via email it does not include what product was bought meaning having to log in and check
