Pros:
Settle is building one of the most unique ecommerce apps that blends working capital, bill payments, and inventory management. It brings these three needs together in a seamless fashion. The depth of features is impressive. It's a must use app for ecommerce businesses.
Cons:
Settle is still new compared to other apps in this area. There are some gaps in functionality, but they do close those gaps quickly when brought to their attention.

Reliable and Time Saving Technology

Settle.com has helped streamline our Bills/Invoicing approval process saving us a great deal of time since our ‘approvers’ have their own log-in to review/approve. Settle syncing with QuickBooks is a great feature that it syncs back with Settle and updates when Bills are paid. The system is very user friendly, and I appreciate all the support Settle provides with any questions. We would definitely recommend.

Pros:
As a CEO of multiple nonprofit entities and a operations manager that oversees it all, she is able to manage all of our billing through one interface. We can easily upload invoices, send them for virtual approval, and then pay them via Settle's ACH or other bill payment method. Settle has created efficiencies in our bill pay workflow, saving us from manual processing of bills, saving on printing costs and paperwork, and saving on time spent running around town to get approvals. It has been a game changer! The invoice management feature allows us to search invoices under an entity and find things quickly. It is easy to use and support is always available. We really like Settle’s sync with QuickBooks, and ACH feature.
Cons:
We have one entity that is a Doing Business As as part of a division of our foundation and there are limitations in verifying our account.

Consumer brand focus. They have integrated billing, capital and inventory management. Competitive APRs. Seamless UI. GREAT team!
Cons:
I haven't dabbled in the inventory management features yet. Our clients have required more features than Settle had at the time we were choosing systems.

Great software and financing options

So far it's been a very good addition to the suite of tools for ecommerce founders. It is able to replace some manual and tedious processes and provides a lot of value for the cost.

Settle solves some really common ecommerce problems like bill pay and financing, inventory management, and landed unit cost tracking. It's been easy to use and the support has been very good. They provide larger financing amount that any other common option available to ecommerce brands.
Cons:
We did notice a bug in how landed unit cost was calculated for one product, but it was quickly corrected by the support team. No other issues.
