Delay Indicators are utilized for tracking the response and resolution times, in order to ensure adherence to service-level agreements and to help teams prioritize tasks according to urgency.
Due to the composition of the Equipment Catalog which is part of Naofix's Helpdesk module, it can also save organizations the time and effort of creating comprehensive equipment inventories from scratch.
