Wiplist just Works for us.

I think it suits where we are at as an Agency, Im sure there are ways to improve the platform, but this comes over time and the feedback from clients.

Pros:
Wiplist was always aimed at improving our internal admin by staff across all areas of our Agency. As MD I get to assess the data/reports to ensure i understand the ebbs and flows of the business and how we can improve outcomes.
Cons:
I think initially, we struggled with moving from Brief Case [old platform] in to Wiplist, but after some quality training sessions this became a non-issue.

Great app, with a few minor tweaks it could be perfect.

Pros:
A really helpful tool for staying organised and on top of tasks. This app has made time management so much easier, whether it's planning my day, setting priorities, or tracking deadlines, it keeps everything in one place. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be more productive.
Cons:
The app logs out too frequently, which disrupts workflow and is frustrating during longer sessions. Also, there’s an issue where assets can’t be dragged and dropped into the post comment sections. This really limits functionality and slows down the process. Hoping these bugs get fixed soon.

A solid and simple agency tool

It's a solid and simple agency tool that does everything including estimates, project management, time tracking, reports and invoices.

Pros:
It's customisable, simple and obviously built for purpose. It's probably one of the easiest agency management tools I've used (and I've been in the industry for over 25 years).
Cons:
There's a couple of small things like deleting a task which aren't intuitive. It's frustrating that you can't drag items in estimates to new parts. The interface is a bit 'samey' so it's not always easy to scan for the part of the UI you're looking for. I would like there to be some more customer facing screens, so we could show progress. Without that it means we end up using multiple tools which I'd like to avoid.

A game-changer for our small studio.

Wiplist has been a game-changer for us. It has helped us streamline project management and reporting. We have a much cleared view of project metrics from initiation and project setup, right through to invoicing and receipt of payments. Integration with out accounting package is seamless and trouble free.
Cons:
We are excited for more feature to be released - particularly around project resourcing and allocation of time and project forecasting.

We've been using Wiplist for a number of years in our design studio of 10 people. I highly recommend Wiplist for time tracking, estimating and invoicing.
Cons:
I don't have anything negative to say, the product is both simple enough to use efficiently and detailed enough to use thoroughly.

Pros:
The ability to set up custom reporting for individual team members. This has meant we've been able to move away from spreadsheets and project tracking that was time consuming and inaccurate.
Cons:
We currently use a project scheduling app to manage our workflow and schedule projects, and while Wiplist has some similar features, it doesn't provide quite the same functionality (but this is in development).

We needed better project reporting and wanted to reduce the administration of setting up and tracking projects

Cons:
The reporting functionality takes a bit to get use to. As well as the ability to export time reports via months.

Wiplist - Awesome just doesn't cut it

I've been using Wiplist and its previous incarnation for probably over 10 years. The evolution of the product has always kept pace with my needs and the support and team behind it have always listened and worked with us to resolve any queries or issues we've had.

Seamless processes make it's dead easy to manage our projects, costings, expenses and billings. I love the integration with my account software too, the ease of use and the management of clients, team members and the templates. I also love the fact that we can have multi-currencies, multi-currency templates for invoices and so much more. I can't really recommend this software and [sensitive content hidden] and his team enough. They've always been great at providing me with support and advice and also listened when I've faced a problem or need something changed or added. They're always looking at ways to improve and listen to their customers before adding a load of features that just are not needed. The extra little bit of a personal touch from them has made me be loyal customer for so long, plus of course the software is awesome and exceptionally well priced.
Cons:
Never really had any problems with Wiplist. It's always done exactly what I needed. Having moved to an online hosted software has also improved access so no complaints from me.

A good workflow tracking platform

Wiplist is the simplest and most effective to-do app I’ve used. It’s super fast, super minimal, it allows me to type what I need to get done and keep track of my workload. It helps me stay focused, especially when I’m juggling a multiple projects. The UI design is clean, allowing me to keep track of what I’m working on.

Pros:
Easy to track time spent on jobs, allows me to see how much cost has gone into labour and stay on top of client billing
Cons:
can't easily find names of jobs sometimes if they have similar names, I'd like to find it through the job number specific code.

I have used wiplist for several years now after transitioning from a different software. Using it to create estimates and invoices, and fill in timesheets.

Easy to use and manage data. Easy to track and manage performance of other personnel. All information is centralised in one location.
Cons:
having to specify which subgroup a search term fits within. e.g. name:, project number: etc. instead of being able to directly type in a search term.

The search box acts as a general search field to locate items in a natural, unformatted way, simply enter your information and hit return and a broad response will return. For more advanced search you can use the magnifying glass to search via criteria, or string together by using a semi-colon between each category to fine tune the results.
