Pros:

Grant Frog is a functional and affordable grants management tool that allows our mid-sized grants team to track and stay on top of deadlines. It is easy to use and navigate. I would highly recommend.

Cons:

I am used to seeing proposals, reports, and task deadlines in one place, but Grant Frog tracks each of these in separate locations. It took some getting used to, but it's fine and easy to use.

Reasons for switching to Grant Frog

Grant Hub was sunsetting its product in January of 2026

What I appreciate most about Grant Frog is how incredibly user‑friendly the entire system is. The platform is easy to navigate and makes managing grants feel streamlined rather than overwhelming. On top of that, the customer support is exceptional; responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping users succeed. It’s rare to find a system that combines great functionality with such outstanding support. Grant Frog delivers both!

Cons:

There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to choose something, it would be that there’s a short learning curve when first getting familiar with all the features. Any questions I had were quickly resolved thanks to their excellent customer support.

Efficient and Effective Grant Management Tool at a Great Value

Very positive. Wonderful tool for a great value. I also like its simplicity. I'm not a techy person so I appreciate the design and efficiency of each tool.

Pros:

Grant Frog helps me stay on top of tasks related to managing grants and writing grant proposals. It is very easy to navigate and comes with exceptional customer service. The folks at Grant Frog are very receptive to feedback and want to see grant professionals succeed while using their product. I have also found the grant discovery tool to be very thorough and helpful while conducting grant research. I think it's a great value compared to other grant management tools.

Cons:

I would like to see more robust AI capabilities (Grant Report feature). I also wish there was a way to send other staff members reminder emails without making them a Grant Frog user.

Reasons for choosing Grant Frog

I loved the customer service. I also loved how easy it was to use the tool and just the general layout was a good fit for me.
