Makes taxes time less stressful for landlords.

Overall REI Hub is the quick books for rental property. Its makes taxes and accounting alot easier and manageable.

Pros:

I like how easy it integrates with TurboTenant my rent collection software. Its almost one system because i can access it through TurboTenant's platform.

Cons:

Its alil confusing to use. I was having trouble connecting the transaction with my bank and editing transactions. And the price was alil higher than i liked.

TAX TIME IS MUCH LESS PAINFUL

REI Hub makes my life so much easier at tax time and saves me hours and hundreds of dollars I'd otherwise spend with a CPA. It's user friendly and customer service is excellent, prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. All of the info for my real estate bank accounts flows into a central information dashboard, streamlining how I manage my properties. I have payment integration through TurboTenant, and it dovetails nicely.

REI Hub's seamless tie in with TurboTenant makes it very convenient as a real estate investor to manage my expenses and prepare taxes.

Cons:

The app is a bit too feature rich making it a bit complex to use. I try just using the app to capture receipt images.
