We've had a great experience, the streamlining and reduction of workload makes it all worthwhile. And the customer service support is super helpful.

The team at Checklick is always very responsive and have a positive and helpful attitude when small issues arrive. It is very easy to set up from an admin perspective and makes the reporting to Ontario Sailing seemless.

I got a hang of producing reports, and entering details and tags after obtaining some support by email and phone (will normally require a day of waiting for a reply, though helpful). My main concern is that we work with summer staff that is often new every year. That means that training starts from scratch every year.

We contribute an increase in membership of 40% to having an online registration portal at our website. It took 2 years with the system until we had more than 95% of our existing members converted from cash and cheques at the clubhouse or in the mail. Our registrar and treasurer volunteers have reduced their man hours considerable now that they only need to click a button to generate a report and reconcile the bank account. Also made it easier for us to find vital contact information when needed from one login.

There is virtually no involvement required on our end to administer the enrollment, payment and processing of the students.....
