Excellent outil de gestion, un vrai atout complet!

Excellent suivi de l’équipe lors de l’intégration, qui s’est déroulée facilement et sans aucun souci. Je recommande vivement cette solution aux collectivités territoriales et aux communes pour la gestion de leurs activités sportives et culturelles.

Un outil très efficace et parfaitement adapté aux besoins de notre service, qui propose de nombreuses activités sportives et culturelles. La plateforme est intuitive, avec une prise en main rapide, même pour nos professeurs. Elle facilite la gestion au quotidien en centralisant tous les aspects : inscriptions, suivi des présences, trésorerie, etc. Un vrai gain de temps et d’efficacité !

Cons:

Je n’ai rencontré aucun inconvénient avec Klubaro : l’outil est complet, efficace et intuitif. en attente de la partie e-paiement et ça sera parfait!

Facilité dans la gestion des affiliations --> gain de temps pour le gestionnaire de l’asbl ( carte d’affiliation, carte d’entrée,....) Facilité et fluidité pour l’accès aux entrainements Terminé l’ère du papier et d’une charge administrative lourde

Petites adaptations individuelles dues au fonctionnement du club pas toujours réalisables, ce que je comprends
