Samenwerken aan werkgeluk met Frank

Bij Red een Kind vinden we het belangrijk dat medewerkers zich gelukkig en verbonden voelen op de werkvloer. Werkgeluk is niet alleen een individueel streven, maar iets waar we samen aan kunnen werken. Dankzij onze samenwerking met Frank hebben we concrete stappen kunnen zetten om werkgeluk te vergroten. Tijdens onze teamdag zijn we met alle collega’s in gesprek gegaan over de verschillende facetten van werkgeluk. Vervolgens hebben we in teams gebrainstormd over concrete acties die Red een Kind kan inzetten om werkgeluk te versterken. Medewerkers schreven hun ideeën op post-its, waarna elk team een activiteit koos en zich committeerde om die activiteit uit te voeren in een specifieke maand. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat werkgeluk een doorlopend aandachtspunt blijft en daadwerkelijk wordt vertaald naar actie. Een concreet voorbeeld van een initiatief dat hieruit is voortgekomen, is het voorstel van de collega’s van Finance & Operations op het gebied van persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Zij zagen dat er binnen ons kantoor veel kennis en ervaring aanwezig is, en bedachten een manier om deze onderling te delen. Tijdens een teamdag wordt een tijdslot van 1,5 uur gereserveerd voor werksessies over diverse onderwerpen. Het doel? Van elkaar leren, persoonlijke ontwikkeling stimuleren en de onderlinge verbinding versterken. Dankzij de dashboards van Frank kunnen we monitoren of onze inspanningen daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan een verbetering in werkgeluk. We houden niet alleen de totaalscores in de gaten, maar ook de onderliggende factoren die werkgeluk beïnvloeden. Op deze manier kunnen we gerichte interventies blijven ontwikkelen en verbeteren. Onze samenwerking met Frank heeft ons niet alleen inzicht gegeven in hoe het staat met werkgeluk binnen Red een Kind, maar heeft ons ook geholpen om concrete stappen te zetten om het daadwerkelijk te verbeteren. We kijken uit naar de komende maanden waarin de verschillende teams hun initiatieven gaan uitvoeren en blijven samenbouwen aan een werkomgeving waarin iedereen zich gewaardeerd en verbonden voelt.

Het continue meten in plaats van een moment opname vind ik een groot pluspunt. Daarnaast is het fijn dat medewerkers zelf in de app kunnen kijken naar hun resultaten en tips kunnen vinden.
Cons:
de rapportage mogelijkheden zijn beperkt. Je kunt wel in het dashboard een aantal dingen rapporteren maar geen export naar Excel maken bijvoorbeeld.

Dat het geen grote vragenlijst is, maar korte metingen zijn. Je wordt goed ondersteund vanuit EBF bij implementatie.
Cons:
Dat het aan de voorkant veel afstemming met security en privacyofficer vroeg bij implementatie van EBF. Veel formats en informatie voorhanden in de tool: communicatie uitingen, visuels etc.
