Pros:
Glass Register has been incredible asset to our nonprofit. The platform is simple to use and transparent. One of the biggest advantages is that we get to keep 100% of every donation - no platform fees, no surprises.
Cons:
The platform focuses on core donation processing and does not include more advanced tools such as: event ticketing, peer-to-peer fundraising.

They walked me through the entire process very patiently and then also have been very prompt at addressing both my questions and concerns that I initially had. Their customer service is probably the best I have had from any company ever or at least in a very long time.

Pros:
They have a lot of flexibility when it comes to forms, receipts, and automatic email replies. I really like the fact that I can export all contact info of all donors for any given period of time. If it is possible in Stripe, I haven't found out how.
Cons:
I am not a fan of having what appears and feels like two separate Stripe accounts. They assure me they are linked but on my end of things it operates as two different accounts. Because Stripe handles multiple accounts for one user really well this isn't a big deal by any means. It is probably the only thing I don't enjoy about the experience.

Reasons for switching to Glass Register

PayPal wasn't fulfilling all our needs. GPM never did satisfy even our basics so we never got off the ground with them. You just can't beat "free to you" service.

Pros:
Glass Register is our primary way of collecting donations. The system is easy to use, and we appreciate the features they keep adding. It is FREE to use, and our supporters have the option to cover the fees. The money gets sent to our bank quickly. Highly recommend to any nonprofit (small, large, or anything in between). Their support team is extremely quick and responsive!
Cons:
The least favorite part was learning how to use it and not having certain features, such as sending Cards while donating and website notifications when someone donates, but I appreciate that they have that now.

Glass Register is cost-effective, and it has the basic items we need. It also allows us to use the 100% of funds donated.

Reasons for switching to Glass Register

Those systems have "hidden fees," and while they have easier-to-navigate features, they come at a higher cost, which we can't afford.

A Treasurer’s Dream Tool for Donations

Glass Register has been incredibly user-friendly — I was able to make a test donation with ease, and the process was smooth from start to finish. As the treasurer for our charity, I’m thrilled to have this new donation feature added. It will make accepting contributions so much simpler and more efficient for both our organization and our supporters. One of my favourite aspects is that donation receipts are delivered automatically to donors. This is a huge time-saver and ensures everyone receives proper documentation right away. Overall, Glass Register is a fantastic addition to our fundraising tools, and I’m very excited to be using it!

It is easy to use for both clients and the end user, we are able to see who donates, and easily update or cancel ongoing donations as needed.
Cons:
i have no really criticism the only thing is the inability to generate receipts for donations we receive in cash

The staff were easy to work with, were patient with us as we got our donation site set up, and continue to connect with me to make sure everything is going well. They are really good people to work with.
Cons:
There were some early challenges related to having our donation page in both English and French, but they worked these out.

My client was able to use Apple Pay. Very simple check out design that’s easy to follow. Not too much noise.
Cons:
It takes about a week to finally see the funds in bank account. The codes run best using only Jscript.

I liked how easy it was to integrate it with our systems. It took less than an hour to get the program running.
Cons:
It’s always a sad reality it costs money to give money, due to fees and such, but I wish we had been using this in the past.
