Successful fundraising product.

As a developer, this product was well designed with military upgraded encryption which ensure privacy and sures personal or organizations data.

It is so good that i was one of the users who tested this product during my fundraising project and i succeed. The tool is manageable and easy to use. No skills are required to setup the product.

Cons:

Charitywave withdrawwal charges are relatively higher and it's support delays to respond to inquiries.

Making Donations is easy.

You view the ongoing campaigns on the website and make donation to any campaign without limitations and it needs a minimum of only $10 to donate.

I like the multi-currency support, it accepts donations in more than one currencies with automatic conversion rates. Withdrawing funds is easy funds can be Withdrawn via MTN mobile money or Airtel Money or Bank.

Cons:

There are few drawbacks or campaign pages crashing due to unknown cause leading to delay in donations process.

The Donor Management system is very easy and customisable with complete payment integrations that supports PayPal, stripe and even mobile money which has helped us raise money locally and internationally

They delay to process payments after raising the funds and support support one language english leaving out support in local methods

I like the volunteer management feature which has the emailing system which we use to email volunteers about their activities and, also the donations are always settled on time

Cons:

The cost for verifying an organization is too expensive where before fundraising, you need to pay the verification fee of USD50 which is somehow expensive for smaller organizations
