That I can print many notes at once instead having to print one at a time like the previous system we used

that when the notes i print out are not in chronological order and we cant send forms for clients to fill out with out them accepting an invite

I like the calendar feature, scheduling appointments, etc, but not the note writing part. I do not recommend this platform because of that.

I like the calendar feature because it makes scheduling, checking in patients, checking the patient dashboard, and canceling patients streamlined.

Cons:

-I do not like the new way of writing notes. It has too many text fields. I wish it had one space to write a note. Notes take me much longer than they used to. The copy from the preceding note feature rarely copies from my last note and copies from several notes back, which throws me off track. You should offer a blank note template for those who do not want all those text boxes. Overall I do not like it. I do not like that the treatment plan is different from the intake assessment. I liked the way it was before, where we had a little mini treatment plan at the end of it without having to do it somewhere else and cause of that I don't even use it.

Using Prosperity EHR was such a success for our company. It was a very easy transition from the previous EHR that we were using.

Cons:

What I don't enjoy much about this program is that it logs me out of the EHR side way too fast. It keeps me logged in for 3 minutes max. Also It makes me log in twice then I'm able to proceed in my work.

ProsperityEHR has been a smooth transition for the facility I work for. It has great features to guide note writing. The templates help organize note taking. It is user friendly with an easy to use interface.

Cons:

Sometimes the templates are clunky and ask for the same information more than once. Since it is still developing there are some bugs or things that don’t work in the ideal way. However, the team has been responsive to finding quick solutions to these problems.

I love how ProsperityEHR can pre-populate previous notes. It makes writing notes much faster. I appreciate how user friendly it is.

Cons:

I would like if I could make my own custom saved phrases. I would also like to be able to edit some of the templates because I like to include some additional questions in my intakes. There are also are a few glitches in the time frames you can choose (like the frequency of substance use or appt returns)

We absolutely love the dedication of the entire team ([sensitive content hidden]) when we had suggestions and/or concerns on the functionality of the system. It was really instrumental for a successful Go-Live and we've felt really supported through every step of the process in using Prosperity EHR software.

This product is very intuitive and has helped increase revenue, productivity, and administrative tasking. The support from the Prosperity EHR team has been amazing from the very beginning!!! Our Go-Live was really smooth and we greatly appreciated the patience the team has had with all of our questions and concerns.

Cons:

Some of the glitches that we've found since Go-Live. The support team has focused on what we consider our priority issues and has been working diligently to find a resolution.

Pretty ok so far, going in the right direction

Pretty good, some big bugs to still figure out but going in the right direction, the diagnosis not showing up in Dr First is a big one

Ease of inputing patient self questionaire's into templates (the one's we email to them in advance).

Cons:

-I hate the whole alcohol eval section, most of it is over the top and all I need or want is a blank line to write in the info (which it is missing) - I hate that it sends providers docs to review that the patients fill out, and I have to "review" the to get it off my task bar... no one looks at these before the visit with the patient, there needs to be a way to opt out of doc review - No shows, why is it manadatory to put the reason they no showed? they no showed, how the heck am I supposed to know how why they didn't show??? it makes no sense - I need a med management note that is non billable, that I can add info to and it adds it to the running Historical med note - If patient cancel or reschedule an appt, it should not show up on my appt page like I am supposed to see them, I don't want to see the appt on my timeline at all.

Modern and Efficient Documentation

Overall, we are very pleased with the new system! The exports tab is fantastic and made things very easy for my medical records staff.

Pros:

Documentation is quick and efficient. The patient portal is also super easy for clients to use and has improved workflows for the administrative support staff.

Cons:

The supervisor/supervisee system seems to take longer than normal. We are waiting for some new features to come out, including telehealth within the platform and group notes.
