What I like most about the software is its versatility and the options it offers for using text messages, calls, and emails; it's excellent software and I recommend it to everyone.

Using Voizee has been mostly seamless. Any questions or issues have been easily addressed by their amazing support team. And the [sensitive content hidden] is awesome.

Pros:

The flexibility of the platform, multi purpose use for various departments to communicate with customers. Easy setup.

Cons:

All texting platforms must go through a process for regulation and integration. Voizee makes it as easy as possible but it’s still a bit tedious.
