Synaply has become part of our rhythm. It’s completely changed how we think about sharing and using knowledge across the team. Instead of waiting for issues to show up in the numbers, managers get ahead of them and reps feel heard because their input actually shapes decisions. Our meetings are shorter, our coaching is sharper, and the team is aligned like never before. It’s made a real impact.

Pros:
What I liked most is that Synaply actually helps us understand the why behind our sales efforts, not just the metrics and activities that get typed into the CRM. Reps are always picking up useful stuff in their conversations, but most of it just gets lost or only shared in random messages or emails. With Synaply, that info actually goes somewhere and gets shared across the team. It’s super helpful for spotting what’s working and what’s not, without having to wait until things go wrong. It also saves us a bunch of time. Our check-ins and 1:1s are way quicker now because we already have the context going in.
Cons:
No real cons, we just had to establish a routine to get reps to contribute consistently. But once they saw that their insights were actually driving change, and not just disappearing, adoption really picked up.
