    Just really loved the ease of adoption, the presentation and organization of product requirements and integration into JIRA.
    Cons:
    Delibr is still evolving and the team is happy for feedback and product suggestions. We have discussed my thoughts on how the product could better serve me and my team. I am hopeful that some of the features discussed will launch soon. My feedback was that I wanted to better see the tickets in the scoping document in a list view that I could prioritize within Delibr.

    The outlining functionality! This is in essence what makes it possible to keep all the information in one place and let all the different type of stakeholders and collaborators use the same document (but at different detail level). No more trying to keep 10 separate document in sync when a meeting happens and something changes.
    Cons:
    I have been using this tool for several years now and new features and improvements are being rolled out at a very quick and steady pace. While that is a very good thing, the tool is still at times more buggy / glitchy than for example Google Docs / Google Slides that we used for the same type of work before switching over.

    Great tool for decision tracking and refining

    I've been using the software for several months now to track requirements around software products and the specification refinement process. I've found it to be a very useful tool for this purpose and has pulled me out of Google sheets or Confluence for that purpose. I can outline a set of epics and stories, quickly create JIRA tickets for my teams, and track decisions/open items along the way.

    I like the structured way that documents are managed that lead to clear and concise outlines. I've found it very effective in keeping me organized.
    Cons:
    The integration with JIRA still have some maturing to do in order to realize the full benefits. Its also not as easy as I would like to move sections around when re-organizing concepts.

    In our team we often use questions - it is easy to mark line as a question and tag colleque to get the answer. We love, that the answer is there forever so we can go back after a while and remember why we decided to do as we do.
    Cons:
    Often the app is not responding from Russia. We have to use VPN and it's not convenient. Also when I work with long document for a while it starts to skip letters or has the delay - the text I'm typing is not written in the app. It causes misprints and mistakes in docs. I think it happens because the Russian language, but I'm not sure. Also I don't like that I have no text formatting. We need to mark some lines - e.g. the most important ones. Now we use bold, but it doesn't obvious. I would prefer color.

    Super easy to get started and the simple outline layout make things extremely easy to read, organize, and link. The ability to ask questions and capture conversations around those are very helpful for capturing decisions throughout the discovery and spec building process. The templates are a helpful onboarding tool.
    Cons:
    Would be nice to be able to add a little more differentiated style/colors throughout the doc to make visually scanning the docs a little easier.

    As I jumped to product owners role from totally different industry, I was pleased to see how easy it was to jump on board with Delibr. I got it working from the starting day and I have been using it daily since then. Some of the features of Delibr are maybe hiding behind menus or such but eventually everything is where they are supposed to be – for example duplicating tickets were a feature which I had to look for, even others in our team had not found it earlier. I do love the possibility of arranging the tickets on Delibr to a custom made roadmap board, and the possibility to reorder tickets by D 'n D. The updates earlier this year has brought a lot of new features for the tickets and those new things really pumped up the software to be even more usable for us.
    Cons:
    The only thing that I am missing from Delibr is a native or PWA mobile app. We are on the road very often and it is not too handy to use the Delibr on your mobile device.

    This product has helped me to keep things more organized then ever, reduced the amount of time spent chasing information, and increased the quality of my day to day work. I have had one of the best experiences working with Delibr. The product is great but the support team behind the software is even better.

    Pros:
    This product is wonderfully simple and yet manages to solve many pain points Product Managers may experience on a daily basis. Typically during a development project I might be managing OneNote, emails, Confluence, JIRA, word& excel documents, balsamiq wireframes, etc. With Delibr I really appreciate the ability to keep all background information, meeting notes, wire-frames, and other pieces of a project in an organized fashion in one location. This makes transitions and hand-offs simple because there is no danger of information being lost and you don't have to go 20 places to understand the project. Even if there is an exorbitant amount of information in a Delibr document the tool allows you to zoom in on important segments or collapsible irrelevant information to effectively reduce the cognitive load and improve focus. I also love the ability to label questions, document decisions, and garner feedback from team members as well. And last but not least, there's the integration with JIRA. This is just fantastic because it saves me from having to update requirements in multiple places and it creates an authentic 'source of truth' so to speak. I am excited to continue using Delibr because it truly makes my life easier!
    Cons:
    I would love to see an integration with Confluence (which I believe is already in the works) and I think there is a lot of room to continue adding features. I will be interested to see what improvements are made and hope that they can continue to improve while keeping the simplicity of the application.

    I love the Opportunity Solution Tree (OST) feature as it quickly visualizes what you are working on and allows you to dig deeper in each section.
    Cons:
    I wish you could see the history of who wrote each line, in case of conflicts with decisions.

    Great everyday tool for managing product. Enables better communication, teaches junior product owners which things should be considered by useful templates and placeholder values, voting for open questions is awesome feature. Provides necessary integrations (JIRA and Slack) for us.

    Many useful templates (e.g epic refinement) for Product Owners out of the box. Templates and their prefills remind you about important matters and things that should be taken care of. Jira integration has been very useful for us, since we write the stories to Delibr and then create JIRA issues from there. Delibr has improved our internal product team communication and discussions are held earlier in the development lifecycle.
    Cons:
    Onboarding (team member joining after Delibr was rolled to use) was non-existant. I initially missed few key features (text formatting, what options are available for bullets, what keybindings are available) which caused my performance be sub-par.

    I love that it gives my product, support, and engineering team a repeatable way to organize planning, research, and decision making so that we are consistent across all facets of our organization.
    Cons:
    There's nothing I dislike, however this is still a fairly new tool so I'm looking forward to seeing what new features they have in the pipeline.
