Eine sehr schöne und intuitive Softwarelösung, die unser Unternehmen performanter macht. Die Zusammenstellung unserer Teams ist nun optimal. Mittlerweile ist iCombine nicht mehr wegzudenken aus dem täglichen Geschäft.

Pros:

Wir waren lange auf der Suche nach einem Tool, in dem wir die Kompetenzen unserer Mitarbeiter UND deren Planzeiten auf Projekten abbilden können. Mit iCombine ist es nun super einfach, passende sowie verfügbare und sogar interessierten Kollegen für anstehende Projektrollen zu identifizieren. In der Software können wir komplette Teams zusammenstellen und analysieren, wie wir unsere Belegschaft weiterentwickeln können.

Cons:

Die Integration in unser HR-Tool gab es nicht standardmäßig, wurde aber nach der kostenlosen Testphase von iCombine realisiert. Somit können wir nun problemlos Daten zwischen den Tools austauschen.
