InLoox 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

We had been working with a different tool before but weren't happy with it. We were looking for a project tool that would fit into the software infrastructure we were already using, that included features that cover the entire project cycle and is still easy to use. After testing quite a few options we chose InLoox because it integrates perfectly with Outlook and for its user-friendly interface. Instead of training my team on how to use the software they were able to work with the tool immediately.

We first tested InLoox with two real projects, and it quickly became clear that it had all the features we needed. We also discovered workflows that we hadn’t found in any other tool. Being able to turn emails into tasks and attach the email as a document, or logging project work time directly from Outlook calendar entries, those were real game changers. Since we also wanted to connect SharePoint, and the InLoox support team helped us with that, we were ready to go after just two months. And we haven’t looked back since.

Pre-purchase experience was great. After the purchase is where the problems, and accompanying headaches, started. GLAD TO BE DONE WITH INLOOX.

Overall, good. They have gotten better with their tutorials and will be giving a number of our SME's additional training on their software and the upgrades they have done recently.

InLoox has helped our geographically spread out company keep projects and tasks under control. Before InLoox we were emailing around quite a bit trying to make sure everyone was on the same page. But now we don't need to do that any more. We are able to more efficiently develope and complete projects. InLoox is constantly updating and improving their services and based on user feedback so it just keeps getting better and better! Our fav features: The Outlook integration is amazing! Dashboards can be customized to fit your own personal organization style. One of the best features is the task management module, you can communicate task related information directly within the program without having to explain everything all over again in an email.

I've used other PM software before but we outgrew their rather limited feature scope. InLoox includes all the features needed for project collaboration even across departments. But it's still very easy to use and doesn't force teams to manage the overhead associated with other full-featured solutions. The software is really flexible and fits perfectly into our workflow. We love the Outlook integration and calendar sync. And that we can combine the desktop version with an online project tool. This especially improved the communication with our clients. The software doesn't include an instant messaging feature, which would be a nice addition.

My team and I used to use Microsoft Project, which was convoluted and simply too complex for our needs. I tested out InLoox as well as a variety of other softwares, and settled on InLoox because of its ease of use and familiar interface (it integrates with Outlook). We already use Outlook as our primary platform for emails, scheduling etc. so it was great to see a tool that expanded on those features rather than reinventing the wheel. InLoox synchronizes key project dates and info. Everything is stored centrally so that we always have access to it, which is huge when somebody is out of the office. Scrambling to decipher each other's excel worksheet schedules is a thing of the past. I even figured out a good way to keep track of my team's vacation time with the tool! Support has been great so far, the representatives at the company are always friendly and help me out quickly if there is a problem.

I evaluated several Project Management Software’s and InLoox was a clear choice for our organization. InLoox is fully integrated into Outlook and that is where our team lives – in Outlook. Before using InLoox, we never really had a process in place and everyone was trying to manage their projects differently. Without any uniformity, we consistently got a different result. InLoox allows us to systematically set up projects, collaborate with colleagues, track key dates and milestones, easily identify when an activity is not on schedule and most importantly holding ourselves accountable to our clients! Customer service is great and always responsive!

InLoox PM is a project management software that offers a lot of features, but is still easy to use. The Outlook integretation has been mentioned a lot in other reviews, and it really is one of it's strongest point. Our company has been using Outlook ever since, which is why InLoox was immediately familar to the team.

We initially implemented InLoox to use in our IT department, for employees at our company to request help from our IT help desk. Other departments heard of it and everyone was impressed with the software. It has now mushroomed into our whole company using it with departments collaborating with each other.
