For me as a CEO at Rampiq, Juggl has proven to be an improvement in how we manage the payroll for our international team members and contractors.One of the standout features of Juggl is its ability to simplify the process of handling international payroll. With team members located in various countries, dealing with the maze of tax laws and payment regulations was a mess. Juggl simplifies this task, making it much easier for us to process payments and ensure our team gets paid accurately and on time.Juggl has become a valuable tool for our marketing agency, simplifying the international payroll management. Its user-friendly, reporting is good, overall the system is efficient. The best part is that we are now spending less time on our operations and more time on our clients.

Cons:

While the platform is generally user-friendly, some team members have required additional time to become fully comfortable with its features. Enhanced onboarding and training resources could help streamline this process.

Cons:

Very much looking forward to the performance reviews feature to be rolled out. But to be honest the guys are highly attentive to our feedback and needs and keep us updated on the progress.

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the user-friendly interface. Everything is incredibly intuitive. Interview scheduling is a breeze, with no timezone hassle. The workflow, contract and NDA system is really simple and excellent.As an analyst, I like numbers and a clear picture of what's going on. We have set goals, defined team KPIs and are clearly tracking our progress on dashboards. In my point of view, all of this makes Juggl an indispensable tool for comprehensive and efficient HR management.

Cons:

It would be nice to add more customization options for dashboards, visuals, themes. All this is just a small thing, in general I am satisfied with the product!

We’ve hired (and continue hiring) personnel via Juggl, but it goes far beyond just hiring right people for our team. We are using it for payroll processing and reporting in various countries. And it’s really great it is done in single point, right at their platform without any need to use multiple services and solutions. Really love it!

Cons:

Even though I’d love to see more functionalities in future like 1on1 and team performance reviews, as of now the product and quality of services are great.

Juggl provides a comprehensive overview of our projects through its Org-chart. It allows me to allocate resources more efficiently and keep track of every team member. Juggl's request collection features allow me to better interact with team members across the globe and respond quickly to their needs (whether it's sick leave or equipment or training requests).

Cons:

While Juggl offers resource allocation capabilities, it can be more advanced in helping project managers optimize resource utilization. Having a more robust resource management feature would be a valuable addition.
