    This is one of the best software, in this category i've ever met. I first use this tool in my last company and till now, i am so much satisfied with its performance so that i recommended and asked to purchase this tool in my current company and now they are also happy with it. Very good software and totally reliable.

    Best for anyone whether it is a individual, freelancer or a company (any size). Easy to use and fully functional. All kind of support available 24/7 whether, Chat, call support or email.
    Cons:
    The only con is that, the software doesn't have a IOS application so cannot use it on iphone and ipad. rest everything is too good.

    Kippy is designed with user value in mind: it is clearly built to remove the downsides and complexities of other similar systems. It is simple to use yet comprehensive: the way of setting weights to different objectives is unique and seamless. The platform can be navigated from one page so you are not at loss as to how to find various functionalities. It also fits visuals (charts, color coding, etc) in one view so you don't have to go back and forth to see the full picture. Another great plus is the appraisal module that allows linking strategy and objective cascading with the appraisal of individuals performance. It permits flexible configurations based on requisite customizations. A great connected resource is KPI MegaLibrary as a comprehensive catalog of every possible KPI, so it helps to consult when selecting KPIs. Not to mention that Kippy is associated with several partners in the strategic planning consultancy business who can be recruited to advise on proper strategy formulation and cascading.
    Cons:
    It is a cloud solution so it is not ideal for entities that need to keep everything inhouse.

    Cons:
    that does not integrate the major strategic themes of the strategy into the objectives. And the base Excel template to upload the information was not updated correctly in Kippy. that I cannot download (to backup) my results information month after month.
