Pros:

We were looking for an easy tool to track our time, now that the government wants us to do so. We came across MyTimeTracker and just use it. Very simple and not time consuming or loaded with unnecessary features. Great product.

The team set up was a little bit confusing but i think they fixed it in the last update.

Unkompliziertes Tool, schnell eingerichtet

Bevor wir MyTimeTracker verwendet haben, hatten wir die Stunden mithilfe von Excel erfasst. Das funktioniert anfangs ganz gut, aber sobald mehr Mitarbeiter dazu kommen wird das etwas unübersichtlich und fehleranfällig. Mit der Software konnten wir Zeit einsparen und den Abrechnungsprozess beschleunigen, ohne großes Tam Tam drum rum.

Besonders die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der App sticht heraus. Keine Erklärungen notwendig und jeder Mitarbeiter weiß eigentlich sofort, wie es funktioniert. In wenigen Minuten ist das Unternehmen registriert und eigentlich alles wichtige eingerichtet. Man kann quasi sofort loslegen und Mitarbeiter anlegen. Die kriegen automatisch eine Email und können mit der Zeiterfassung beginnen. Die Stunden dann als PDF exportieren und an den Steuerberater - fertig. Mehr brauchen wir gar nicht!

Cons:

Bisher waren manche Mitarbeiterfunktionen nur in der App verfügbar, was nicht allen gefallen hat. Das soll aber jetzt nachgezogen werden, sodass alle Funktionen in App und Web verfügbar sind. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden auch mit dem Support.

Reasons for choosing MyTimeTracker

Insbesondere die App sticht heraus. Viele Systeme haben zwar auch eine App, aber eben "auch" und nicht primär. Hier scheint das anders zu sein und man hat sich bei der Gestaltung der App und der Benutzerfreundlichkeit für Mitarbeiter generell wohl viel Mühe gegeben. Die App ist quasi idiotensicher.

Es enthält nur die für mich wichtigen Funktionalitäten (und nicht mehr). Das macht das Produkt einfach und intuitiv bedienbar

Cons:

Anpassungen bei Zeitstunden Teilzeit-Mitarbeiter könnte man selbst einstellen (aktuell noch via Email)

Alle Alternativen Produkte waren für ich entweder zu teuer oder hatten Funktionen, die ich nicht gebrauchen konnte. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Produkte eher für große Teams ausgelegt waren. Außerdem wollte ich unbedingt eine Darstellung haben, wenn meine Mitarbeiterin Minus- oder Plusstunden aufbaut, weil sie Remote arbeitet und sich die Zeit flexibel einteilen kann. Das konnte kein anderes Tool abbilden, insofern fiel die Wahl auf MyTimeTracker

Hin und wieder mal kleinere Bugs, die allerdings relativ schnell behoben werden

The mobile option offered easy integration into my day to day, alongside easy edits and review of previous time entrys.

Cons:

A desired feature thats missing would possibly be a custom calendar time calculator where I can set two dates on a calendar and my input time is calculated for me. No current issues with app, just desired functions.

Das beste an MyTimeTracker ist, dass es ohne großen Schnickschnack die Funktionen bereitstellt, die es soll.Die App ist super einfach zu bedienen und es kommen kaum Fehler vor.

Cons:

Die App kann sich noch weiterentwickeln, vor allem im Design.Das würde das ganze ansehnlicher machen. Die Funktionalität ist allerdings top.
