Cons:

It is little bit costly so I requested to run few discounts on it when someone purchase it for multiple years.

It is One of the tools that i have used in my working life. It has great functionalities to handle the work and tasks. I am impressed with type of errors options that we can select by drop down option except writing much about the issues developers and tester can easy to understand the problems. I like much this software, it provides kanban and Swim lane diagram that show work report more impressive. Also, project monitoring, planners and wbs tool enhance the productivity in the work. It helps me to handle work with respect to assigning the work to the team members.

Cons:

It has 14 days trial period that must be increased upto 30 days. Also its internal diagram based, chart based report generation required session before using so, means it is little bit complicated but overall it is reliable and cost effective software.

ONES is very user-friendly and better UI understandable. It provides easier way to setup people on it. I We can create several boards for your different departments and manage your issues/bugs/tasks. Also you can asign the work or task with respect to the requirement of the tasks, high, medium and low. Accordingly team members do task on priority. Including great layouts of reports and charts of work status. Impressive Software for handling work.

Cons:

Limited file size upload. I feel to improve the uploading capability.
