About Roundrush

Roundrush is a workflow management platform that helps developers and IT businesses streamline operations and improve work quality across teams. The platform enables organizations to create/manage tasks and monitor team objectives, priorities and activities in real-time.

Roundrush includes automated priority rescheduling functionality, which allows professionals to reschedule tasks and manage deadlines via artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled recommendations. The platform offers a host of features such as tasks review, OKR tracking, shared board, backlog planning, brainstorming and more. Additionally, dependencies module lets managers define custom workflows across departments to improve operations and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Roundrush comes with leaderboard, a live dashboard, which allows administrators to view completed tasks and ranking of team members across multiple projects. Plus, users can generate reports to gain insight into team performance, start/end date, outcomes and more.

Pros:

Excelletent software, it has increased the production work of 200%, i'm continuing to deliver every project in time and quality, i can follow every activity. the manage of iteration and milestone it's very excellent and useful. i suggest this software to freelancers and teams in order to collaborate together

A great workflow management system that easily improves your productivity

We are a team of 20 and we work on several projects. With Roundrush I manage all team's activities during our weekly meetings, assigning tasks and estimating hours of work for each teammates. In this way our work is always equally distributed. Moreover, the workflow let us work with quality, synchronized with each other in order to know always when something is not going as planned and need more attention.

Pros:

What I like the most is the workflow that is conceived to help you maintain the quality high. It lets you decide if your work should be equally distributed for normal activities or focused on quickly reaching an objective, for example a close delivery. In this last case you can use Rush mode and all your team works hard to close every single task and, at the same time, to win an internal competition that rewards the top 3 positions in Leaderboard. This is an exclusive feature I don't see in any competitor.

Cons:

We just need a software like this and we found in Roundrush the best choice. There are always ways of improvement and they have a long Roadmap ahead but for our need there are nothing we don't like.

Pros:

I just learn agile methodology and I liked on my projects and I found this product helpful to integrate that concept, the best feature I liked in are Workflow Management and Screm

Cons:

What I miss in this product is lacking of time management and display the state of project (like diagram of gant etc ..) but it is okay

Amazing features for amazing projects

I have a team of 6 users and with Roundrush I can manage their activities with comfort, always knowing what is not going well and how to prevent it. Moreover, thanks to Retrospectives, I can export reports that I can show during the meeting with my boss and analyze how to improve our work performances.

Pros:

What I most like about Roundrush is the possibility to start from high-level objectives through Milestones features. We also appreciated the Automated Priority Rescheduling, since we don’t have anymore the need to do it manually, and the Shared Board that can be shown to our customers or to our Boss with only what the need to see and nothing more.

Cons:

It should be useful to add an other column to our Board but in the end we are realizing that it is better as it is.

Reasons for choosing Roundrush

Roundrush has all the features I find in other competitors but a better user experience and an unique workflow that let us work better without even noticing it.

Roundrush makes everything easier

Working with Roundrush is very easy and even support is always quick. You can contact them by email or directly chat with one of them. At the beginning it was very helpful to chat with someone and explore every features step by step.

Pros:

I very appreciated the Automated Priority Rescheduling since in many occasions we have to work on new tasks with urgent priorities and the system automatically assign the better priority to old tasks that we couldn't do. In addition I have to say that my work as quality assurance specialist is a way better and simple thanks to the entire process. Ready for review status let me know once a task is ready to be tested and affected modules let me know exactly where I have to test and check failures.

Cons:

We wanted to customize the column and this is not yet possible. It should be great to rename and add more column but in any case it fits good for us.

Very good tool if you are working in a team. You can easily manage your team activities, assigning tasks and be always synchronised with your teammates. You can also track your improvement in your work performance. Highly suggested.

Cons:

It would be prefect if you could have more diagrams to show your activities and build your own Gantt chart.

Working in a team has never been so easy

Pros:

Excellent tool for working with a team without having to leave my desk. In these smart-working oriented times, Roundrush is truly what my company needed. The software is very easy to use. I particularly loved the leader board feature and how easily I can manage teams' activities and tasks.

Cons:

It would be great to have a mobile app so as to have access to docs and monitor progress when away from my desktop.
