About SAP Ruum

SAP Ruum is a cloud-based work management solution, which helps businesses organize, store and maintain project tasks and files. Features include collaborative workspace, time tracking, single sign-on, custom labels, reporting and analytics.

The application enables marketers to execute campaigns and gain visibility by sharing the link of insights pages, latest comments and engagement. Agencies can store all email conversations, comments and proposals in a centralized platform and plan and assign tasks to team members. Supervisors can prepare project plans by phases, add employees and define event scope, goals and budgets. Additionally, it allows managers to list and visualize milestones, deliverables and deadlines through the timeline, Kanban and task list views of the calendar tab.

SAP Ruum offers integration with various third-party platforms including Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and OneDrive. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via email, community forums and documentation.

    Ease of use and learn. Easy collaboration with team inside and outside the Enterprise. Task Management resulting into Gant-Charts with dependencies. Integration to business processes starting the Project Management direct from business applications.

    once you are logged in the rest is more or less self explaining. The features are very focused to the important things for collaboration.
    Cons:
    ease of use is ranked higher than amount of features, which is fine. Maybe in the future both dimensions could be combined.
