TimeTrack is a digital time tracking software that enables employers to track their employees working hours, project times, tasks, absences and more. With TimeTrack, you can display everything you need on a single screen! This way, it is easier to have an overview of management and increase employee satisfaction.

The software offers a variety of features. Employers can not only track their project times, but also evaluate the work, create invoices and check whether the team follows the deadlines of the project. There are also many time management features which allow employees to keep track of their working time and absences as well as have their timesheets automatically created for ideal reporting.

Furthermore, TimeTrack provides intelligent solutions for planning, such as the duty roster, task planner or appointment planner. The duty roster is especially popular amongst companies that have to coordinate many employees, because it is possible to personalize the shift plan according to work area and assign shifts to employees based on their availability, but also attendances and skills.

Easy to use and keeps me accountable

A very well rounded platform for all the needs for time tracking, scheduling, attendance and project management while providing an overview for all areas.

Even if the platform have a lot of features I mainly use it to track my own time on each task for manging projects. If I require a contractor or any type of scheduling and reports on budget vs cost TimeTrack also fits the bill.

Cons:

It has a lot of features, which can make it challenging to get started, but the documentation and support are relatively easy to follow.

Time Track ist für mich sehr wohl gut durchdacht, es müsste aber berücksichtigt werden, dass die User immer mal wieder etwas nachschauen wollen und da sind mir die Hilfestellungen zu oberflächlich, also die Unterstützung der User sollte ausführlicher sein.

Am besten gefällt mir die einfache Art der Arbeitszeit- und Projektzeiterfassung, da ich die anderen Mitarbeiter kontrollieren muss.

Cons:

Ich finde verbesserungswürdig, dass die Darstellung der Abwesenheiten beim beantragten Urlaub zwar in Kalenderform, aber nicht offensichtlich wer wann fehlt zu sehen ist. Schön wäre die Übernahme der Urlaubsanträge in eine Form eines üblichen Urlaubsplaners, gerade für die Firmenleitung.

Für uns ist die einfache und problemlose Nutzung sehr wichtig, da sonst die Arbeitszeit- sowie die Projektzeiterfassung nicht gewissenhaft durch die Mitarbeiter umgesetzt wird. Focus liegt auch zukünftig in der Projektverfolgung in Bezug auf Projektzeit und Budget, da kann man sicherlich noch einige features ergänzen.

Einfache Projekterfassung und Projektauswertung

Wir nutzen Timetrack seit 3 Jahren und es hat die Auftragsabrechnung so etwas von erleichtert und schnell gemacht. Keine Excel Tabellen mehr. Ein, zwei Knopfdrücke und man hat die Projektauswertung.

Wir nutzen TimeTrack überwiegend für die Projekterfassung als Medienagentur. Perfekt. Jeder Mitarbeiter erfasst eigenständig seine Projektzeiten (sehr einfach und intuitiv). Somit hat man einen perfekten Überblick zu jeder Zeit über seine Projekte und Kosten / Einnahmen.

Cons:

Nicht optimal ist die Rechnungsstellung, jedoch kann hier ganz einfach per Schnittstelle über easyBill oder andere professionell abgerechnet werden.

Easy time tracking software, great design!

I started off with tracking my working hours only. I then realised how important it is to focus on project management. TimeTrack makes it very easy to enter all the hours you spent on different projects. You can keep up with every project and see whether you are exceeding your budget or the overall project duration. Great tool, so easy.

What I like most about the software is that it is very easy to use. The features are all well explained (explanatory videos included) meaning that you are guided through the whole implementation process. If you happen to have more questions, contact the developer! He answers quickly and helps you with your problem. Would definitely recommend the software!

I was a bit overwhelmed by all the features at first, but like I said, since they implemented the guided help everything is much clearer now!

Pros:

What I like most is the project time tracking. I always have a good overview of my projects. In my company, we used to exceed the project budget or duration - not anymore! We always know where the money and time we put into projects go. And that's just one of the many features TimeTrack offers. It's just awesome!

Cons:

The software offers many different features. When using TimeTrack for the first time, it can seem overwhelming, but in the end, it isn't! They have now implemented videos and info boxes that help you when first using the system.
