About Zoho Sprints

Zoho Sprints is a cloud-based product roadmap solution for businesses of all sizes. The solution is designed to be used by agile teams and offers features such as user dashboards, reporting, scrum boards, timers and timesheets. Zoho Sprints can also be accessed via native mobile apps available for Android and iOS devices.

Zoho Sprints includes a drag-and-drop center which enables planning through tasks prioritization and setting reminders for every sprint. The dashboard gives users overviews of key project metrics and weekly project status updates. Different reports can be generated like burn-up and burn-down reports as well as velocity charts to track the progress and identify bottlenecks.

Timesheets enable users to track billable and non-billable hours and calculate the actual time spent on each work item. The scrum board enables visualization of work status for each sprint on the basis of their completion stage. The solution is available on a monthly subscription basis and offers support via email, a knowledge base, a user community and through an online help form.

Planning and Collaboration.

A few years ago, we implemented a real-time threat detection system in our company to protect our network. For this project we used a large number of engineers and technicians and we decided to manage and execute the project using the Zoho Sprints tool because of its simplicity and agility. The project was dynamic and 3-week sprints were created focusing on well defined objectives with a detailed backlog of all the tasks required. Collaboration was an important part of the project due to the expansion of our network and tracking progress was essential.

Pros:
I found the Scrum Dashboard to be very intuitive and useful, allowing me to track tasks in sprints. The comments, messages and virtual meetings helped us to solve problems quickly. The estimation of tasks in terms of effort helped us to be more efficient.
Cons:
Zoho Sprints lacks more advanced features for very large and complex projects, but it is still much better than other competitors.

Agile development software is good, but no so agile sometimes

Zoho Sprints works fine, it's connected to the rest of the Zoho apps (which is it's key point), and the new UI it's good, but sometimes being as complex makes simple task management not as fast and easy as you may need.

Agile development for modern teams integrated in the Zoho ecosystem. Very flexible customising things like columns, status, types of elements, data of tasks... It also connects to Bitbucket, Teams and of course the rest of the Zoho Suite (including Projects).
Cons:
All Zoho apps are very customizable, but also complex to manage and sometimes frustrating. Task management it's not simple and sometimes it can be confusing and if you're not organized you can miss work, specially if you work on several projects at the same time. Onboarding and getting users to work with the tool it's not an easy path. Also some things requise to be the superadmin, and it makes mantainance complicated.
