Buon prodotto, ottimo per rapporto qualità/funzionalità/prezzo

Complessivamente lo trovo un ottimo prodotto per l'utilizzo che ne facciamo in ufficio; ci hanno proposto altri gestionali ma rimarremo con Gestim per i motivi sopra elencati: facilità di utilizzo e ottime funzionalità di inserimento/archiviazione immobili e clienti.

Pros:

E' un ottimo gestionale immobiliare, perfetto da utilizzare come agenda condivisa con i colleghi, per poter monitorare appuntamenti e richieste. Molto buona anche la funzionalità di "banca dati", tramite cui si possono inserire e archiviare richieste di clienti e incrociarle con immobili acquisiti in portafoglio. Interessante anche la possibilità di creare, per ogni immobile, schede sia per il cliente che "promemoria" per l'agente stesso.

Cons:

Purtroppo, ultimamente un po' troppo spesso, ci sono difficoltà nel primo accesso della giornata, sia da pc che nei tentativi da dispositivi mobili.

Perché Google Calendar era troppo "basic", non disponeva di numerose funzionalità di cui avevamo necessità.

Cons:

Un po' complicato nell'inserimento dei dati e poco versatile nella individuazione delle funzioni poco intuibile

Gestim è un software molto utile alla pubblicazione e alla conservazione dei dati e delle foto di un annuncio immobiliare

Cons:

Purtroppo Gestim non ha una app per android per caricare velocemente da cellulare le foto e i video degli appartamenti.

La facilità d'uso anche quando ci sono stati aggiornamenti rispetto alle versioni precedenti. Utilissimi i video tutorial specie per chi entra a far parte di un team.
