Salesforce Health Cloud provides a 360-degree view of patients’ details and enables agents to create personalized and concurrent recovery plans, facilitating communication with caregivers in real-time. Its contact center module helps connect patients with physicians for scheduling appointments, resolving inquiries and giving care recommendations using a centralized platform. Additionally, it comes with a patient segmentation and lists module which allows users to manage tasks and assessments, improving productivity across care teams.

Salesforce Health Cloud integrates with various third-party applications such as Field Service Lightning, AppExchange and Google applications. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, phone and documentation.

Pros:
Used it with a client, and we were able to pull different dashboards for reporting without any issues. Whenever we encountered one, we had fast responses from the customer support team.
Cons:
I think that the only issue we had is that sometimes we were not able to find some patients but that was mostly our own fault.

The ease of use. The compatibility the system has with other applications and the amount of functionality the system has. The ability to personalize the system to accommodate the needs of the user is wonderful.
Cons:
The IT support system. It seems as though they weren't familiar with the design of our specific data system platform and usage, therefore they were unable to assist with many issues that we were experiencing.

Reasons for choosing Health Cloud

We ultimately chose Salesforce Health Cloud due to the number of customizable objects the system was able to provide us with.

Reasons for switching to Health Cloud

Health Management Solutions was outdated and they were not going to be doing anymore software updates to the system.

Cons:
When having multiple patient tabs open and trying to organize them in particular order, the order changes when another tab is opened.

Cons:
Some cons for Health Cloud are the reliance on the internet. If you don’t have internet it will not work. The possibility of security risk as well. Using third party software you can’t be sure on who really owns the data.
