We can receive photos immediately. A virtual walk-through video with narration is also extremely helpful to scope the severity of the insurance loss.

Cons:

It isn't the best platform to upload documents, as they are separate pdf files, but works well as a backup when emailing is not working for documents.

I love how easy Livegenic is to use on the sender side as well as how easy it is for our Insured's to use Livegenic from the user side. I have never had any issues with Livegenic and I LOVE that you can export photos as a PDF and send notes! Awesome product.
