About Eat App

Eat App is a cloud-based reservation management system designed to help restaurants manage guests, bookings, payments, orders, and more on a unified portal. The platform enables businesses to capture, store and organize guest data in a database for future reference.

Eat App includes a white-label widget, which allows users to create custom menus, receive online orders via websites and social media channels and track orders, progress, and inventory via a centralized dashboard. It offers a host of features such as waitlist management, shift planning, automated guest surveys and feedback, custom guest profiles, role-based permissions, and more. Additionally, administrators can create, launch and handle marketing campaigns to engage with the targeted audience.

Eat App lets managers gain insights into reservations, walk-ins, restaurant performance and other metrics via graphs and analytics in real-time. Pricing includes monthly/annual subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

    I used this software for a client and have been amazed with the features. I don't know of any tool like this, helps greatly with anything restaurant related like reservations, menus, seats and all that good stuff.
    Cons:
    The price may be a bit high for some people's standards but you get what you pay for. Other than that, great app.

    Affordable and gt potential

    It has improved quite a lot so the complain I had before are mostly resolved. the only thing that I am not happy about is the fewer restaurants and cafes on their platform

    Compare to a couple of years back it has improved a lot, issues that were there from the beginning were almost resolved. easy to use and the layout is friendly. The timely response from the support team helps resolve most of the issues on time.
    Cons:
    Increase numbers of restaurants/cafes. Allow users to report directly as an issue or problem occurs.

    No help setting up the app

    It would have been fine if we could have gotten the help we needed in the initial set up. But because that help wasn’t there the implementation and use of the software was hampered to a crawl

    After over 4 years of of working together, the Eat App team continues to improve, by taking into account what we, as service providers actually need. Their hands on approach and willingness to constantly evolve and upgrade is what sets them above the rest.
    Cons:
    So far I have not noticed anything I would change. The Eat App team is always taking our feedback into consideration.

    This is our companies first time using any reservation software so this was a big deal. Software is very easy to use. Also for the price it’s very good.
    Cons:
    There’s not a huge hype about it in the United States it seems. So I feel like it falls short on marketing and promotion. Maybe more emails and demos on updates that happen.

    it covers all of your need to manage a reservation system for your restaurants. the best part that it has the automation of the reservation from assigning tables and sending SMS to customers. the backend its very easy to use and no need for lengthy training to employees, you can say its self explanatory.

    We would prefer a restriction on the number of tables rather than the covers, but the Eat App team are actively trying to set this up for us.
