Absolute outstanding platform which could be a game changer for your business

Great customer service and support. Flexibility and response times are second to none. Our account manager is always available and is willing to help where possible.

Pros:

The mobile apps, ease of use adding offers and customer satisfaction. Easy to set up and most of all very reliable with fantastic support.

Cons:

Only that we wish they did next day payments as cash flow is very important in this business.

Reasons for choosing Hungrrr

We looked at more than Foodhub, but most of these platforms mean you don’t get paid for at least a week. Most want to build a website and own the payments as well. I don’t know any of them who customise an app for your business. Plus most want you purchase or use an existing printer. Hungrrr provides the payment system, reporting, POS to receive orders and builds branded iOS and Android apps for your business. One of my customers is a web developer who said he would charge 10K for that capability alone without the other benefits I mentioned. It’s a no brained to go with Hungrrr.

Integrate and App ordering system

We have had a great experience, really saved us during covid with restrictions placed on our industry. Anytime we have needed help the support team respond really quickly.

Pros:

The Hungrrr software once you watch the videos, is very simple to master. You have full control. Can add, delete, pause. Set up various sub categories within a product. Takes payment, processes the order and sends us the details. Enables the customer to get true service.

Cons:

You need to allocate time to learn the system, but once you master the basics, it is very simple to maintain.

The system had far ore capabilities - we still only use a small percentage of its ability

A great partner

The team have always been very helpful and responsive. We now have over 60 of our Client's on the tech which can be a lot to manage. The management dashboard is very powerful and give us excellent BI information also. hungrrr are a solid partner of ours.

Pros:

We have been using the hungrrr tech to power our food ordering offer for our clients. The tech is expansive and does so much. There seems to be a feature for almost everything and we noticed updates and new features coming online regularly. This isn't a stand alone technology as it's always getting better.

Cons:

One of the features I would love to see if being able to send push messages to customer based on their ordering behaviour.

hungrrr had a better commercial model and much more tailor technology.

I would thoroughly recommend Hungrrr. We use their system for our outpost tables and for takeaway. Customer service has always been excellent snd the software is extremely good. No hesitation in recommending this company.
