    22 Years and Still Happy

We have used In-Touch for 22 years and have been extremely pleased during that time. In-Touch has continually upgraded and added new features, some at our request and some from others. When I look at other POS systems and realize the amount of third-party software I would have to buy to match the features built into In-Touch, it reaffirms our initial decision to use In-Touch and our insistence to stay with them all these years.

    Pros:
Set-up and editing is intuitive. Features included in this software keeps me from purchasing third party. Software support team is responsive and efficient.
    Cons:
I have no complaints about the software. Everything I have asked for was available or was developed for us.

    Reasons for switching to InTouchPOS

In-Touch has a robust delivery module, but also has scheduling and payroll, inventory, online ordering, online party reservation and an Enterprise application that makes all easy to use.

    Second to none POS

20 years, switched to Toast, less than 2 months I switched back to in-touch. Toast looked great on paper, but after using for 2 months the support was horrible from day one, with in-touch you pay for hardware and software up front with no monthly fees. You also have the option to bring your own credit card processing, with other POS the monthly fees just don't make sense long term.

    Pros:
Best support, easy to use and by far the cheapest to operate. Toast support was horrendous and they text you a video how to deal with issues. With In-touch the [sensitive content hidden] is actually involved in the day to day operations and would personally call to check on us.
    Cons:
I can't think of anything negative to say about In-touch, every time we had an issue their support was right there to fix the problem.

    Reasons for choosing InTouchPOS

Toast zero support and way too expensive and you're forced to use their cc processing

Finally a POS System that delivers

    5

Truly a pleasant experience. From the sales process, to the set up and installation an easy comfortable process. Very credible and they delivered as they promised all the way. I have used Aloha over the years and was very apprehensive to learn a new product. InTouchPOS made the transition a picnic in the park. Myself and my staff dove into the system and went live on the second day after it was installed. Their installation and training process was beyond excellent and easy. Guess what their support is there every time we need them and that is far in between.

    Pros:
It's versatility and user customization abilitues The set up people were incredible in working with me and my husband to customize the system to our needs. The front of the house is so intuitive my staff needs virtually no training. Their endless reporting is way more than an independant chef run restaurant like me would ever use.
    Cons:
That I did not discover them earlier than I did.

    Reasons for choosing InTouchPOS

The features, their experience and the price were too good true to pass on. The sales process was very credible and pleasant. We just trusted [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] our sales person who turned out to be one of the owners of the company later on. What really sealed our decision is their support program and the unlimited lifetime upgrades they offer as part of their support agreements.

    Reasons for switching to InTouchPOS

My last system had outlived it's life cycle, we needed to update and move to EMV credit cards and Aloha wanted a ridiculous dollar amount to upgrade us. InTouchPOS had called us a year before and my partner and I inquired. We discovered during the demo that this system had so much more to offer than Aloha did. For almost the same price as it would have cost us to upgrade our old system, we purchased this one and glad we did.

    Cons:
there are times that we needed a report that is tailored to our KPIs and was not available. That beings said, we put in a request and they programmed it for us.
