    Stockagile nos ayuda y facilita mucho con toda la gestión de nuestro negocio retail. No solamente por todas las opciones y funcionalidades que ofrece el software sino también por la atención personalizada al cliente.

    Lo mejor de este programa es el abanico de posibilidades que te ofrece y la funcionalidad de cada una. Como por ejemplo: gestión de stocks de los productos, transferencias de las prendas en los distintos almacenes, información de cada venta en tienda, cierres de caja detallados, creación de vales, gestión y sincronización con el ecommerce. También te brinda la posibilidad de crear diferentes usuarios con disponibilidad de establecer el rol, es decir, añadir o limitar las funciones según la función del usuario, y lo mejor de todo es que cada movimiento realizado queda registrado para futuras consultas.
    Cons:
    A día de hoy estamos muy contentos, sin embargo, debido a que somos consumidores de este software desde los inicios, al principio no habían algunas de las opciones que hay ahora, o las mejoras en cada detalle, como por ejemplo: las tarjetas regalo, la información de un producto en visión general, es decir, opción de ver cuantas unidades se han comprado, cuantas se han vendido y cuantas quedan, la tienda b2b... Ahora estas opciones sí que están disponibles.

    Lo que más me ha gustado del software es la posibilidad de gestionar toda la flota de comerciales y desde el mismo lugar crear un producto, venderlo y ver las cantidades que necesito de cada material para fabricarlo. Una herramienta muy completa que nos ayuda al día a día a tener un mayor control del stock y de nuestros materiales.
    Cons:
    Creo que hay funciones que se pueden mejorar pero el equipo de stock agile siempre esta preparando actualizaciones para que cada día sea un programa mejor.

    El software es sencillo e intuitivo. Permite la importación masiva de productos. La integración con la tienda online es muy buena (en nuestro caso WooCommerce), ahorrando mucho trabajo.
    Cons:
    En alguna ocasión hemos tenido problemas de rendimiento o caída del servicio, pero solo en contadas ocasiones y con rápido tiempo de respuesta.

    El programa es muy intuitivo y fácil de manejar, tanto en punto de venta, como en gestión interna. Implementación de mejoras constantemente. El equipo de soporte y el acompañamiento desde el inicio, es sin duda uno de sus puntos fuertes. Nunca estás sólo y siempre intentan resolver los problemas de la manera más rápida.
    Cons:
    La integración con el programa fue difícil al principio, por la cantidad de referencias y variantes existentes en nuestro negocio. Pero en todo momento hemos estado acompañados por el equipo de soporte.

    Estoy encantada! Al principio me ha costado poder adaptar y adaptarme a la nueva gestión, poder encajar la impresión de etiquetas para los artículos. Pero siempre con apoyo al otro lado del teléfono , con gente muy amable que te guía en todo momento. Controlar todas las opciones que te ofrece el programa. Que son muchas y todas necesarias. Pero una vez hecho esto... Luego todo es mucho más sencillo. Estoy muy contenta de haberlos elegido.

    Volcado de datos por excell. Impresión de código barras para cada venta. Y fácil gestión a la hora de hacer cambios.
