I can't think of anything at this time.

Old School Software

I think your software is stuct in the past. If it were my company I would switch software.

The only feature I like is the way to see what customer's have purchased in the reports.

Cons:

Your product reminds me of the old days of using DOS. You have to open so many windows and constantly have to close and reopen for data imput.

Pros:

The ease of use tracking equipment and employee time on projects is wonderful. Tracking billing and invoicing with TCR has been a huge help as well.

Cons:

Had some glitches with the mobile app over the years but overall satisfied with it.

Pros:

I enjoy how the software organizes quotes in order of the bid date and the ease of identifying which jobs are open or closed via a small color coded symbol.

Cons:

I do believe that some of the functionality could be more user friendly. It's really confusing when I have 10 tabs open all of a sudden and I don't know where they came from. I also wish there was a way, when adding attachments to jobs, to select more than one at a time.
