About VisitBasis

VisitBasis Retail Execution is a cloud-based mobile data collection solution that helps field representatives to merchandise and collects sales data of their product from multiple stores. It is designed primarily for field reps, merchandisers, retail auditors and sales force automation resources across a variety of retail industries.

The solution helps store managers to manage their shelf placements and reorder stocks when they reach their critical limit. It also helps to track orders and returns, manage quantity-based pricing, run promotional campaigns and more.

VisitBasis includes scheduling module that enables store managers to schedule shifts for their field workers. Field reps can also plan their daily routes based on the number and location of stores they need to visit for audit.

VisitBasis is compatible with both Android and iOS-based mobile devices. The solution is priced on a per-user-per-month subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and live chat.

Pros:

It covers all features for my merchandising process and has a friendly interface.

Cons:

VisitBasis solution covered all the features I needed for my merchandising company. Also, support was excellent. I had a demo, and the VisitBasis team has helped me to load all my data on a same day. Our reps were pleased with the easy to use mobile interface, which is very impressive, compared to other companies. The VisitBasis App works on all our rep's devices, so we did not have to buy any devices for the reps. Also VisitBasis gave me the way to show all my data in custom reports, which is amazingly helpful.

NIce App for retail visits.

All tasks can be performed using a cell phone or tablet even when offline. No more paper work. simple intuitive interface, easy to use. Real-tome monitoring and instant reports provided.

Pros:

I like the price of VisitBasis - no licenses fees. My staff is rotating, so it is important. Also, I pay only for work, which is already done. No price to take my data, and reports are free, which is great too. I could not find any other planning solution.

Cons:

All is good. If you have any problems, they have chart support.
