Perché troppo caro per i servizi che dava… e per di più non funzionava bene la notifica di promerioria in quanto non usavano nemmeno whatsapp, ormai utilizziamo da tutti.

Abbiamo iniziato a collaborare da poco, ma mi sto trovando molto bene, a mio parere il loro fiore all’occhiello per ora é l’assistenza clienti! Sono sempre pronti a rispondere a dubbi e incertezze, e risolvere i piccoli problemi di dettaglio! Per ora pienamente soddisfatta!

La app clienti finali spicca in semplicità di utilizzo ed efficacia. La parte gestori é una web app, semplice ed efficace anche lei!

Cons:

Tanto lavoro di settaggio da eseguire in autonomia, ma in fin dei conti si fa una volta sola e poi si vive di rendita!

Applicazione e gestionale consigliatissimo

Mi interfaccio per cose semplici e veloci con [nascosto contenuto sensibile] e devo confermare che è una persona fantastica, preparata e molto educata. L’ufficio tecnico non lo conosco di persona ma ho sempre ricevuto assistenza veloce e cordiale .

Azienda giovane molto disponibile alle richieste del cliente; gestionale sempre in continua evoluzione con miglioramenti continui e mirati; richieste ticket gestite in maniere efficace e rapidissima …. Non vedo l’ora di andarli a trovare nella loro azienda. Super Top

L'interfaccia è intuitiva e facile da usare, anche per chi non è molto pratico con la tecnologia. Le funzionalità sono complete e ben organizzate, permettendomi di gestire tutto in modo rapido ed efficiente. Inoltre, l'assistenza clienti è sempre disponibile e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio.
