About Bookifi

Bookifi is a cloud-based reservation platform that allows modern physicians, clinics, and beauty salons to manage appointment, billing, and reporting operations from Bookifi 100% responsive web app. With online booking tools, medical professionals can set appointment configurations and manage their daily agenda, while patients can schedule appointments using custom generated URL links.

Integrated with WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, Bookifi is capable of sending automatic reminders via social media applications, SMS, or email so clients will have their appointment information at hand. With appointment agendas available in real-time, professionals can update the organization schedule to reflect specific times and only shows the blocks of time when an appointment is available. Bookifi partners with SRI to allow organizations to send electronic invoices, manage charges, and process all online payments. For business analytics, Bookifi provides modular reporting that allows businesses to measure income and performance, compare strategies, and identify top customers.

Bookifi es el software que siempre busqué

Puedo decir que ha sido una experiencia muy enriquecedora y positiva. Ya que en estos tiempos difíciles de pandemia, ha sido muy útil para organizar mi trabajo y evitar aglomeraciones.

Bookifi es una empresa que simplifica mucho el trabajo, permite agendar de forma rápida y sencilla. además permite enviar recordatorios de forma automática, tiene un sistema de pago en línea que también es excelente y súper fácil de usar. Además al utilizarlo resulta muy cómodo y sencillo. Están siempre prestos para atenderme 24/7.

Cons:

Cuando he encontrado alguna dificultad, me he comunicado con un agente y en cuestión de 2 días me lo ha solucionado y re diseñado. La ventaja de Bookifi es que se acopla perfectamente a las necesidades de nuestro servicio. No me puedo quejar!

Pros:

Puedo agendar, cancelar mis citas y además puedo compartirle el link para que también lo hagan mis clientes. Es una plataforma que funciona 24/7 enviando alertas a mis clientes. Realmente recomendada.

Cons:

Necesitaba integrar un módulo de requisitos, pero Bookifi actualizó su plataforma a la semana que ingresé y ahí estaba mi recomendación, fue como mandarla a hacer a mi medida.

Pros:

Necesitaba una plataforma que me ayude a reservar las citas de mis clientes, así como enviar mensajes de las proformas de las lámparas. Sobretodo utilizo la funcionalidad de pagos en línea, ya que es una manera eficiente de cobrar a mis clientes y de una manera segura y eficiente. Me gusta mucho que mis clientes pueden agendar la cita por su cuenta, tan solo compartiendo el enlace.

Cons:

No utilizo la opción de agregar profesionales, porque soy el único trabajador.

Bookifi se maneja prácticamente sólo

Los chicos de Bookifi me ayudaron a configurar toda mi cuenta y siempre están dándome soporte en lo que necesito. Se adaptan al horario y las necesidades de uno.
