I wish I had more flexibility in scheduling meetings

Pros:

I like the ease of use. I like that it is supposed to integrate with the meeting platforms, even if that feature did not work for me.

Cons:

I needed to schedule a meeting on a particular day, which meant using a custom date. I also could not get any of the integrations to work when I tried it. Finally, it picked a date for me based on users responding. But, in this case, not all meeting participants should have been weighed equally. We invited about 6 people, but there were 3 people in particular that needed to be at the meeting and others that didn't. So, when it picked a time that worked for "the most" people, it left someone out who was critical to the meeting. I ended up just having to manually schedule a meeting anyway.

Reasons for switching to Letsmeet

Doodle wasn't allowing me to integrate a zoom link or google hangouts link.

Efficient managing and scheduling of my various meeting has been possible with this software which has made me to perform my role perfectly.

Pros:

Its often tasking to manage and prioritize the various meeting at work but with this software i have been able to do that efficiently which has allow me to perform my role. I can also keep on track on the time and date of schedule of any meeting easily which has been really helpful to me. It is easy to set up and its interface is simple to navigate. Its customer service has been really outstanding.

Cons:

I think more features will help improve the software but its been a perfect for me so nothing bad to report about it.

It is overwhelming, time consuming and prone to errors to organize and manage meetings manually. Letsmeet is the main program which we use to plan, schedule and manage meetings online.

Cons:

I am not quite sure that Letsmeet had an Android app, but since I use iPhone, I do not find Letsmeet application on App Store.
