Zeeg is the most beautiful scheduling experience for teams and organizations.

With a Zeeg account, you can create multiple scheduling pages. Each scheduling page can be defined according to your preferences to let your guests and customers easily schedule an appointment with you.

Do you organize group events such as webinars, tours, or classes? Zeeg has got you covered there too. With Zeeg's Group Events feature, you can let attendees schedule the same time, so they all attend the same event.

You can integrate Zeeg with your calendars, such as Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Then Zeeg ensures that you won't have conflicting meetings and also synchronizes your appointments with your calendars.

With Zeeg, you can offer multiple location options to your guests or customers; in-person meetings, online web conferencing options such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and Microsoft Teams, phone calls, or a custom location defined by you.

Zeeg - huge help for online scheduling , both for internal + external meetings

easy to book meetings "on the fly" ; receiving very positive feedback as well for external partners. maybe an App, in addition to Web access?

Hi Alexander, Many thanks for your review. Regarding your question about meeting rooms selection, we are actively working on a new feature to support that. I also would like to inform you that you can add multiple calendars to your account via the Calendar Connections page. We also provide an option to select a custom target calendar for each scheduling page (event-type). Therefore, you can override the global settings on the Calendar Connections page. You can see this new option on the Advanced Settings page of each event-type. Please note that currently, for each Zeeg account, the availability algorithm considers all the scheduled events of all event-types. Zeeg calculates an event-type's availability based on the availability settings as defined for that event-type, plus all the scheduled events with you via Zeeg (for all event-types), plus busy times of all the calendars you have selected for checking conflicts. We like a feature range, page customizations and easy to use interface.

Cons:

Mobile app is definitely something which is missing especially when you need to make the appointment on the way or when you are traveling.

European Meeting tool with great support

For my online business this saves me a lot of time and reduces my time in my inbox chatting about what time we should meet.

* Possibilty to schedule each meeting type in a different calendar* Good support which also listens to advice* Good price

Cons:

* No one-of-a-kind meetings* Only limitation per meeting type and per day. Not overall in your calendar and no limitations possible per week.

The price, the fact that it's a European tool, the possibility to add different meeting types into different calendars.

For now there's nothing negative I can thing about ..

Reasons for switching to Zeeg

It's not possible with Calendly to define different personal agendas for meetings creation, while it's possible to do it with Zeeg

It's one of the few free online calendars that can synch to your Apple iCloud calendar. Tech support answers questions promptly via email.

I wish the free option would allow for more than 3 scheduling cards.

Zeeg the confuzing assistant of mine

I like it and I think after a while it can be better and as a expert user I can use it but it is too hard for me to suggest it to non professional customer of mine. Every time in my meetings with customer they ask me for good tool I really want to suggest Zeeg but i cant do this all the time. When someone ask me if he/she is a tool friendly I suggest Zeeg but if they are really new I just suggest Calendly and the reason is in my experience this kind of people cant use Zeeg .

Zeeg knows their users and their needs also. Zeeg have a lot of Features without any charge for them. Zeeg Help me to be Modern and fast . I organized with it . I use to work with calndly but i wasn’t happy because I cant manage everything with it. I like the speed of development . Clean UI and their contetn in social media.

Cons:

This is too cunfusing . Zeeg is a good product with really bad Ux it is not user friendly . It is not easy to use. I get lost many times in it and also the copywrits is really bad. I should try few times to find true way to scadule . And also it is full of dead-end in follow. I don’t know the goals and it is scares me. 1. From my browser if I search Zeeg/name I can see my page and this is good but I have no way to go in edit from that page 2. The steps of schedule a meeting card is confusing and full of steps that make me stress.

Best Event Scheduling Platform

I really like interactive interface where you can use for different purposes, before zeeg I was using similar software but I feel zeeg is more user-friendly

I would like to see zeeg could mix my iPhone calendar as well as google and Microsoft calendar at the same time

Hi Fahima, Thank you for sharing your review. You can use Google Meet as a meeting location with Zeeg. Due to limitations from Google, for Google Meet, it is required that you connect a Google Calendar with Zeeg and select a Google calendar for adding new events. You can connect a Google Calendar from the Calendar Connections page and then ensure that either: - on the Calendar Connections, a Google calendar is selected for adding new events, - or on the Advanced Settings of an event-type, use the Override Calendar Connections option and select a specific Google calendar for adding new events. This option is beneficial if you have multiple calendar accounts and do not want the new events of all of your event-types added to the same calendar, or maybe you generally do not want new events to be added to a calendar, however, you still would like to use Google Meet.
