WS were attracted to the product due to its cost, flexibility, implementation times, Clarus's vision, cloud solution and more.

Cons:

The import process needs improving as the reason codes within the system takes up sufficient time trying to find the solution as they either don't make sense or are unreadable by an end user.

Pros:

Really user friendly, simple & effective in all areas. Some features are not yet deployed here eg. PI cycle countsgood overview screens for quick system navigationeasy to train with the use of support/

Cons:

not great user/audit tracking. Can not see who/when a SKU / set up has been updatedalthough they are quick to respond, sometimes Clarus support are not completely effective at answering my query or problem. Most of the time they need a live example which we are unlikely unable to provide due to the fast paced nature of our business.

Has the potential to be great but needs refining.

So far, the parts that work, work well. This has taken a long time to get where we are, in this is unfortunately due to the complicated system. There should be a simplistic view as well as and advanced view to slim down necessary options. Also when we need processes changed that work for ourselves this has proven to be lengthy process. As above though, we are in the infancy of using this product so hopefully in time we can iron those out.

It has the potential to really be a great system. Has lots of information that shows you transactions. Has integrated so far with our current systems.

Cons:

There's a lot of confusion with how things are worded with titles etc. Not an easy system to just pick up and use. It takes a long time to get changes implicated that we need. We are in the infancy of this at our site though so hopefully in time this can be improved on.

Clean and uncomplicated system

Our experience with Clarus has been excellent. The system has saved us a great deal of time and overhead, especially compared to our previous self-hosted solution. The user-friendly interface and streamlined processes have made our warehouse management more efficient than ever. Overall, we highly recommend Clarus to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use and full-featured warehouse management system.

Pros:

The UI is very unfussy and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to get up to speed quickly. The system speed is lightning fast, allowing us to process orders efficiently. Deployment was a breeze, and we had fantastic engagement from the senior team at Clarus throughout the implementation process. The incorporation of Intercom for guides and help via instant chat is particularly helpful.

Cons:

Clarus is a solid warehouse management system, but it would benefit from more integrations with tools like PowerBI and Zapier. The system's reporting and labeling could also be more configurable to better suit our specific needs. While the side menu is functional, it could be made more user-friendly, perhaps with the addition of a full application menu landing page. Overall, with these improvements, Clarus could become an even more valuable asset to our warehouse management processes.

Compared to previous WMS systems I have used, Clarus is simple and easy to use without over complicated processes.

Cons:

Reporting within Clarus has a wide range of reports available to suit all customer needs with some great detail. To format these reports is slightly complicated and you are not able to share reports created with others to enable them to have the same reports available.

Generally Clarus is easy to use and gives us good visibility of our stocks and the status of our orders.

Good visibility of our stocks and the status of our orders.Variety of reporting which meets our needsTransactions function is very useful for stock investigations.

Cons:

-- On the Run section of My Reports, the visibility of the date fields is limited and it is frustrating that you cannot see the full field. This can lead needing to run the reports more than once to get the correct setting. When we first started using Clarus this was not an issue, but an update has made this worse.-- There is little instruction on how you can customise reports or views so that they are permanently set on your account. Does this impact others? Conversations with the help chatbot indicate that this is not possible, but it would be good to have some clarity on this and what is possible.-- Stocks are not automatically placed on hold as they go passed their BBD. This has been a requested amend over 18 months ago.

The real time visibility, fairly intuitive.

Cons:

Functionality seems to vary day to day.Report pages where half the fields you need to fill in for option values are not visible is annoying.unable to save your own templates.unable to sort frequently used reports.unable to have duplicate PO's - our customers have these so daily it is an issue.

Everything is very self explanatory and easy to follow. Easy to pick up when training

Cons:

If i am honest there isn`t much I don`t like. If i come across a stumbling block it gets sorted or explained very quickly
