    OneShip - Integration with Oracle NetSuite

    OneShip's support for this produce is excellent. The engineer that deployed the customisation (detailed above) personally deploys each update to our OneShip to ensure the new version does not cause any issues with the customisation. (We do pay an annual 'support' fee for the customisation to cover this, but this is minimal and guarantees there are no issues when updates are applied).

    OneShip allows us to process most of our 3rd party courier deliveries within NetSuite (generating the shipping labels and booking the delivery with the courier automatically).
    Cons:
    The process can be a little slow at times - but this could be related to the speed the 3rd party can respond to the request. We had to ask for customisation to include package insurance on the booking with the courier (which I would have expected to be a 'standard' feature).

    The functionality is very easy to understand and use, it's logical, it can be amended by the users and I can't remember any issues we've had with it!The integration process was easy, [sensitive content hidden] was a great support, explaining everything and guiding us through. Whenever I have a question even if it doesn't directly relate to OneShip, they are always on call to help and support us or give guidance.
    Cons:
    I had a couple of things I wanted in the beginning, such as orders being able to be shipped at £0 value and certain bits to do with customs but they were all sorted. I don't really have anything I don't like..!
