About ProcureDesk
ProcureDesk is a cloud-based purchasing solution designed to assist small and midsize businesses to generate and manage their purchasing processes and cash flows. The solution offers purchasing and invoicing modules that help users to generate purchase orders and record payment remittances.
ProcureDesk’s purchasing module enables users to create purchase orders for suppliers and automate purchase order transmissions and approval workflows. The solution also allows users to track expenses and analyze purchasing trends over a period of time.
ProcureDesk’s invoicing module allows accounting departments to process invoices and make payments to suppliers. The solution offers an automated exception management feature that helps accounting staff to identify issues in billing and invoices and route those issues to concerned departments or individuals for resolution.
Additionally, it offers dashboards, supplier repository, payment management and supplier self-service features. Services are offered on a per user per month subscription basis. Users can submit tickets online for any support inquiries or reach out to the support team via live chat.

ProcureDesk Review: Limited Integration and Workflow Issues, but Convenient for Approvers

Pros: Smooth approval routing and workflow Approvers can easily approve via email or from their phone Mobile and desktop access makes it flexible and convenient for busy teams Cons: Invoices pushed to ERP (GSS) before full approval, creating confusion No direct integration with our ERP, requiring manual re-entry of data Poor invoice line-item capture, forcing us to bypass the feature Not usable for purchase order invoices Overall functionality doesn’t justify the cost we’re basically using it as an approval-only tool Overall Experience: ProcureDesk offers a convenient approval process that our team enjoys, but the lack of integration, workflow control, and reliable invoice handling severely limits its value. We're doing double the work for limited benefit, making the overall experience disappointing and not worth the cost for our needs.

I’m glad to hear that flexibility has been a benefit for your team. I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve been facing. To clarify, ProcureDesk doesn’t currently integrate with GSS, and we don’t have plans to support that integration at this time. However, it sounds like there may be some confusion around invoice syncing behavior. Since we’re not connected directly to GSS, invoices aren’t automatically pushed from ProcureDesk to your ERP. I’ll reach out shortly so we can walk through your setup together and see how we can streamline the process — particularly using ProcureDesk reports to help simplify the upload into GSS. Overall, we are very happy with ProcureDesk. The ease of use and the amount of time and money saved by having punchouts with e-invoicing. That has automated a lot of our procure to pay process. Also, how quick the team is to implement our asks/ suggestions and get new punchouts set up. I have another client who uses Prendio and I think your product is FAR better.

I did not decide but cost was a major factor. The person who decided had used Prendio at their prior job and did not like it. Having a SOC report is crucial for a lot of customers so having one would be a big help for ProcureDesk.

Our team and me have been using ProcureDesk for invoice processing and purchase order management. Overall, it’s a useful tool that helps streamline approvals and track spending. The interface is clear and easy to navigate once you get used to it. There are still occasional delays with syncing or approvals, but the support team is responsive and helpful when issues arise. They are always open for any help we need.
