Great powerful OMS

Shippingbo has been our OMS and WMS since the beginning of our activity as a marketplaces seller. It has not only helped us perform and grow, but accompanied us in each step of our development (advices, new devices, audits, tech upgrades...). They always take time to listen to our issues, they bring us a solution, and many times we find out that they have developed a feature that automatically solves our problem.

- Easy to use, great client support, - Powerful and connected with a lot of interfaces (marketplaces, shipping careers, CMS), - Frequent novelties, beta tests, new solutions.

Cons:

Shippingbo saves a huge amount of time by centralizing shipping, inventory, and order management in one place. The interface is user-friendly, integrations with carriers are seamless, and automation features reduce manual work. Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

Cons:

The setup process took some time to fully customize, and advanced features can have a bit of a learning curve. Reporting options could also be more flexible.

Efficiency! when all our markeplaces are connected, are products are created in base and our contracts with carriers are good, at this time we havn't had any problem

Cons:

Lack of communication/availability of the account manager during integration, we lost time during the configuration of our carriers contracts

Au delà de l'outil qui m'a fait gagner en productivité, j'apprécie beaucoup les équipes qui sont toujours à l'écoute des mes besoins.

Cons:

Le changement de mode de calcul du pricing, passé en forfait mensuel depuis janvier 2025, a entraîné une hausse significative de mon budget.

Solution moderne et efficace

Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de la solution shippingbo qui nous permet de tenir nos délais d'expédition même lors des pics d'activité comme le black friday. Nos commandes partent très vite et sans erreur, nous permettant d'avoir une très bonne satisfaction client. D'autre part, notre gestion de stock est simplifiée. Un autre point appréciable est le fait que le service client de shippingbo est très réactif. De plus, de nouvelles fonctionnalités utiles s'ajoutent régulièrement.

Interface facile à utiliser, facilité de se connecter avec nos marketplaces, gain de temps pour l'expédition de nos commandes, quasiment plus d'erreurs d'expédition, tri en fonction des sources de commande, simplicité et efficacité du système de rucher, bon service client

Cons:

Certaines options étaient manquantes au départ de notre collaboration mais le système a évolué positivement. Actuellement, il nous manque seulement la possibilité de mettre un commentaire lors d'une variation de stock manuelle (par exemple : -1 car produit endommagé retiré du stock)

Shippingbo nous a aider à booster notre activité. Synchronisation des stocks, gestion de plusieurs plateformes/transporteurs.. Le service client est ultra réactif et la solution simplissime à prendre en main. Nous apprécions aussi le fait que le logiciel soit en permanente amélioration !

Cons:

Certains exports ne sont pas nativement accessibles et la gestion multi emplacement qui nécéssite un upgrade

Simple, efficace !

La prise en main d'un nouveau logiciel de gestion peut être compliqué, mais pour le coup, Shippingbo est relativement simple d'utilisation. Nous avons l'essentiel pour une bonne gestion de nos entrepôts et en sommes entièrement satisfait ! De plus, pour la moindre question, l'accompagnement et bien au rendez-vous et réactif.

Une interface simple à utiliser pour la centralisation de nos commandes clients et une gestion de stock très simpliste et efficace !

Cons:

Je n'en vois pas pour le moment, si ce n'est l'interface d'historique des articles où nous aurions besoin qu'il soit un peu plus complet. Comme par exemple y inclure des commentaires spécifique pour certain mouvement manuel.

a plateforme est intuitive, centralise toutes les opérations et permet de gagner un temps précieux dans la gestion des expéditions. L’intégration avec différents transporteurs est fluide et les suivis sont fiables. Le support client est réactif.

Cons:

Quelques fonctionnalités demandent encore des optimisations (ex : exports d’inventaire complets, paramétrages point relais). Mais l’équipe est à l’écoute et propose régulièrement des mises à jour.

Outils SAAS de bonne qualité

L'expérience utilisateur est plutôt positive. La société répond de mieux en mieux aux attentes des clients, ce qui n'était pas forcément le cas auparavant, c'est donc un gros point positif.

La solution est rapide est pratique, facile a appréhender pour des nouvelles recrues ou stagiaire. Très peu de bug, une disponibilité du produit quasiment 100% Bref je recommande ! Les imports et exports sont nombreux et offrent un panel de possibilités très complet.

Cons:

L'option PDA est pour nous pas forcément très intéressante, et du coup trop long à utiliser. La configuration du serveur d'imprimante peut vite être compliquée. Pour finit j'aimerai pouvoir rencontré physiquement un gestionnaire de compte un peu plus souvent.
