Stock and Trace enables users to take a complete inventory snapshot of an entire inventory at any time and provides detailed transaction history for every action on every part such as user, time, action details and more. The system is able to generate unique receipt codes and short codes for every item. The billing system automatically creates invoices as charges are accumulated throughout the month.

Stock and Trace offers custom labeling functionality that allows users to use custom serial numbers or reference numbers on labels, and products can be labelled at either the pallet or box level. A customer portal gives customers the ability to view their inventory. The system also offers a warehouse dashboard that gives complete visibility on the priority and status of all orders including who is working on what order and what step they are at in the process.
