    A comprehensive overview of customer data.

    I am happy to move from manual collating of data to automatic data collection and segregation. Most of our previous systems were time consuming. Additionally, we can track survey responses across various demographics. You get to download every data from every customer for market research.

    The CX dashboard automation will save a lot of your time.

    The biggest plus point for us is the real time customer data. We could view campaign results and segment our audience as per campaign goals. We do not have to rely on any outdated ways of collecting data every month. Thanks to Merren for a faster platform.

    The entire process, starting from signing up to accessing the dashboard, was remarkably straightforward and hassle-free. One significant benefit was the automation of our CX (Customer Experience) dashboards. We could schedule surveys according to the campaign's requirements.     The 14 day free trial has limited access to a lot of advanced features. You might have to consider a pricing plan.

    Very efficient CX tool!

    Most of our CX requirements have become efficient ever since we onboarded with Merren. Now the team members can navigate through customer data easily, view response segregations and map customer journeys in a few clicks. I also like the AI survey templates that save us a lot of time. Our campaigns are streamlined at the moment. The response has been very positive overall.
