Our overall experience with Senet is good, really appreciate the customer and technical support. However some features require obvious improvement e.g. client shell stability.

The software is really user friendly, has a nice design and overall look. Customer support is great, quick and responsive.
Cons:
The PC client is not stable in Kazakhstan, has lots of bugs and crashes. Sometimes, the shell just won't launch. Content management interface requires improvement, mobile version is not very functional.
