About Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting is an online video conferencing solution suitable for single users as well as small to large-sized organizations. The solution can be used to host product launches, sales presentations, webinars, user education and online meetings.

Zoho Meeting allows users to instantly create secure online meetings with remote audiences using any computer operating system or any browser. Due to its browser-based technology, users don’t have to download any software or perform any installation to join the meeting. It is compatible with any browser and operating system.

Zoho Meeting enables the audience to join the online meeting directly from users’ websites using an embedded meeting widget. Users can also create audio conferencing through online voice calls from the computer or toll-based conference calls from the phone.

Zoho meeting allows users to send meeting invitation in 19 languages and schedule meetings based on audience timezone settings.

Stunning video conferencing tool with affordability

I am very happy with Zoho meeting as it fulfills my requirements of having seemless communication with clients including scheduling at a fraction of the cost of what others charge.

Pros:

It has everything you expect with a meeting software. The scheduler is great, but the best is the quality of video reception.

Cons:

The fact that its not that famous as few of my clients frown at the prospect of another meeting software.

Great Product, Easy To Deploy and Great Audio & Video Quality

Great, apart from being easy to deploy, I love the audio transcriptions, as they are clean about 95% accurate and they integrate easily with Zoho Notes and Zoho Writer so they can be cleaned up by an outsourcer.

Pros:

Extremely easy to deploy. Here in Africa people do not have the latest computers, so being able to meet within a fully functioning web app is critical. I have been on a call with a client, and they require a demo, and within 5 mins we are video chatting with Zoho meet, it is that powerful and easy to use.

Cons:

Time Zones, are not dealt with well in Zoho Meeting. When I schedule a meeting in a time zone other than my own, Zoho meet, takes the attendees time zone by default. That means unless I make a mental notes that this time zone is not mine, I end up scheduling the meeting at a time convenient for the client, in their time zone, and not mine. This has lead to many missed meetings. They should be like Zoom which has a prompt reminding you of your own time zone, so that you book a time that is convenient for both yourself and your client. This is actually a real pain.

Much easier to use than all the others and cheaper.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Meeting

Zoom cost too much and was not easy to use. Skype was free and became Microsoft Teams, I use an older mac so the Microsoft Teams desktop app will not run on my Mac.

My first Zoho webner experience

It was nice, and the officers are so helpful responding to emails. I remember I asked for help with the location of the downloaded file, and they responded quickly.

The app offers the best option to share documents on the screen where the participants can clearly see while the presentation is ongoing

Cons:

The quality of the downloaded meeting is very low. I have failed to share the same with the participant because other features in the documents are pale and don't appear perfectly

Zoho Meeting - An ulternative

Despite the dropping of calls and the grainy picture, it keeps recording. Easy to use, and no matter where in the world someone is, they can easily join.

A good and simple platform with everything you need to conduct virtual meetings. Sometimes it gets grainy and has sound issues, but it's simple to log on - no matter where you or your client are around the globe.

Cons:

dropping sound in the middle of meetings / grainy picture. Sometimes the quality is really good, other times it's really bad. Also, sometimes it records okay, but when you view the recording, the sound is terrible. Also, really expensive.

The simplicity of using it. It was very easy to set up and use. It's also very easy to get into which is what I love about it.

Cons:

The problem with the keyboard shortcuts. It just got in the way and got very annoying, very quickly.

Great product

Cons:

Sometimes it consumes quite a bit of bandwidth. This may be noticeable when you are using mobile data

Would Love to Use Zoho Meeting Again

I would love to use Zoho Meeting again. I am currently searching for a package that allows me to bundle my domain, email tied to my domain, the meeting service, and the $5/$8 site service if there is such a package available.

Pros:

The sound quality was amazing. So far, I've just used the audio meetings - don't have a camera on my computer.

Cons:

This is not a biggie, because the meeting still happened. Schedule the meeting caused a bit of confusion with some meeting participants. Some thought I was meeting them from Jamaica. I'm in the U.S. Also, this might have been human error on my part - not sure - but the reminders seemed to reflect a different time zone. Again, not sure if that was my fault - possibly.
